★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja e não tinha o vestido do meu tamanho, a vendedora me deu como opção fazer a compra na loja com entrega na residencia em até 10 dias. 3 dias depois recebi um email da loja informando que a entrega seria feita com 29 dias. Comprei a roupa com intuito de usar numa festa no dia 12 de novembro e só vou receber em dezembro. O que justifica loja desse porte trabalhar com venda on line com um prazo tão longo e vendedores mentir no prazo só pra fazer a venda ?

I bought the outfit with the intention of using it at a party on November 12th and will only receive it in December. What justifies a store of this size to work with online sales with such a long deadline and sellers lying within the deadline just to make the sale?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja boa, vendedor Bruno super atencioso, mas a gerente foi grossa comigo, pq minha roupa passou do prazo de troca, falando q eu tinha feito ela perder o tempo dela, ela q fez eu perder o meu me entupindo de roupa pra provar, a zinzane deveria treinar melhor essas "gerentes" de loja. No fim eu comprei mais e n consegui trocar meu produto. A gerente é uma de cabelo platinado encaracolado. Eu nunca mais volto lá, me senti constrangida e humilhada.

In the end I bought more and couldn't exchange my product. The manager is one with curly platinum hair. I never go back there, I felt embarrassed and humiliated.

Quando chegamos fomos atendidas pela vendedora Jordana, que mesmo com um grande movimento na loja por conta da data, ela nos atendeu super bem, minha filha rapidamente a explicou oq queria me dar de presente, e ela levou à cabine 2 looks, e acertou em cheio, levamos quase todas as roupas que ela nos apresentou. E para finalizar o atendimento, a caixa tbm foi excelente, super simpática e bem humorada. Com certeza ficarei cliente da Zinzane Norte Shopping.
