I ordered a simple cut, showed a photo, and everything, the result was horrible, they removed half of my hair and I can't even look at myself in the mirror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta agendar horário pois você chega e fica esperando... Sem receber satisfação, tipo consultório médico. As recepcionistas não sabem administrar agenda. Maricures que "tiram bifes" é a especialidade desse salão.
It's no use scheduling a time because you arrive and wait... Without receiving satisfaction, like a doctor's office. Receptionists do not know how to manage the schedule. Maricures that "take steaks" is the specialty of this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estive hoje no salão para fazer as unhas, acontece que as meninas ate tentam ser agradaveis mais não tem o material necessario para trabalhar. todos os esmaltes que pegou para fazer minha francesinha estavam secos, vazios, ressecados... a atendente tentou achar com outras colegas sem sucesso. Tempo perdido do meu sabado e baixissima qualidade por parte de quem administra este salão.
I was at the salon today to do my nails, it turns out that girls even try to be nice but don't have the material to work with. all the nail polish she got to make my francesinha were dry, empty, dry ... the clerk tried to find other colleagues unsuccessfully. Time lost from my Saturday and very poor quality by those who run this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero parabenizar o salão pelo atendimento de, pelo cuidado com o cliente, cortei o cabelo e fiz as unhas, lá foi o único salão que usa toalhas descartáveis para o serviço de unha , a manicure explicou que previne a contaminação por fungos. Preço justo.
I want to congratulate the salon for the service, for the care with the client, I cut my hair and did my nails, there was the only salon that uses disposable towels for the nail service, the manicure explained that it prevents contamination by fungi. Fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de fazer minhas unhas aqui. Fiz o pacote completo com spa e blindagem que é beeeeem caro pra o resultado que eu tive. O spa foi bem fraco e minhas unhas estão mal pintadas faltando esmalte em varias partes e com resto de esmalte na pele ao redor da unha que não foi bem limpa. Não recomendo.
I just got my nails done here. I made the complete spa and armor package which is very expensive for the result I had. The spa was very poor and my nails are badly painted missing nail polish in various parts and with remaining nail polish on the skin around the nail that was not well cleaned. I do not recommend.
