★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive apenas duas vezes na loja mas, indico, para todos que precisarem.
Na primeira vez fui por indicação de alguém, na verdade me lembrava da loja mas não de onde ficava, aquela situação de estar no volante do carro e ver só o letreiro e não marcar algum ponto de referência. Um amigo que clareou minha memória: fica na Av, Jabaquara, na pista sentido centro depois da loja tal, pronto, resolvido.
Levei dois registros de gaveta muito antigos, ambos com vazamento, sendo que a carcaça de um deles estava chumbada no concreto (não sei quem foi o gênio que fez isso) mas, ambos precisando apenas do "miolo" e de alongamento do eixo do volante pois a parede já estava revestida mas, receberia um novo revestimento por cima do anterior (piso sobre piso).
Com base nas peças que levei, montaram novos miolos, peça por peça, com os calibres adequados e prolongamento do eixo exatos, ainda poliram votantes e canoplas que ficaram novinhas.
Tudo tem um preço. Não ficou barato mas, na relação custo benefício, entre quebrar parede e coluna, serrar canos, emendar com luvas de correr, refazer o serviço de alvenaria, valeu a pena.
Já recentemente fui buscar apenas jogo de reparos para caixa de descarga de vaso sanitário, me indicaram o modelo mais adequado para minhas necessidades o qual ficou perfeito.
Podem ir sem susto, eles entendem do assunto.
I've only been to the store twice, but I recommend it to everyone who needs it.
The first time I went by someone, I actually remembered the store but not where it was, that situation of being at the wheel of the car and seeing only the sign and not marking any reference point. A friend who cleared my memory: he is at Av, Jabaquara, on the lane towards the center after the store, ready, resolved.
I took two very old drawer records, both of which were leaking, and the carcass of one of them was anchored in the concrete (I don't know who the genius did it), but both only needed the "core" and elongation of the steering wheel axis because the wall was already coated, but it would receive a new coating over the previous one (floor to floor).
Based on the pieces I took, they set up new brains, piece by piece, with the right gauges and exact axis extension, they also polished voters and canoplas that were brand new.
Everything has a price. It was not cheap but, in the cost-benefit ratio, between breaking wall and column, sawing pipes, mending with sliding gloves, redoing the masonry service, it was worth it.
Already recently I went to get just a set of repairs for the toilet flush box, they indicated the most suitable model for my needs which was perfect.
They can go without fear, they understand the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super parabéns. Pessoal resolveu 100% um registro antigo. Isso evitou quebrar a parede, azulejos e dor de cabeça pois a tubulação do prédio ainda é de ferro. Super recomendo. Valeu todo tempo que esperei o registro ficar pronto.
Super congratulations. Staff solved 100% an old record. This avoided breaking the wall, tiles and a headache as the building's piping is still made of iron. I highly recommend it. It was worth all the time I waited for the record to be ready.

Fui comprar um adaptador de filtro de água para instala-lo em casa, porém o vendedor ficou perguntando o nome exato da peça.
Como não sou técnico, mostrei uma foto do que estava precisando e perguntei quais o tamanhos que poderiam servir.
Ora, não devem existir milhares de tamanhos de adaptadores para um simples filtro de água!!!
Pois bem, o vendedor, com aparente má vontade disse que não estava entendendo o que eu precisava.
Simplesmente agradeci e fui comprar em outro lugar.
I didn't like the service.
I went to buy a water filter adapter to install it at home, but the seller kept asking for the exact name of the part.
As I'm not a technician, I showed you a photo of what I needed and asked what sizes they could fit.
Well, there shouldn't be thousands of adapter sizes for a simple water filter!!!
Well then, the seller, with apparent grudging, said he didn't understand what I needed.
I simply thanked him and went to buy somewhere else.
