★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no período noturno. Total despreparo dos profissionais. Estive no estabecimento dia 14-12-21 e as veterinárias de plantão não conseguiram me dar um diagnóstico , querendo que eu decidisse qual tratamento eu gostaria. Nao recomento.
 Poor service at night. Total unpreparedness of professionals. I was at the establishment on 12-14-21 and the veterinarians on duty were unable to give me a diagnosis, wanting me to decide which treatment I would like. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O plantão noturno pediu um monte de exames e depois nos deu um diagnóstico terminal pra nossa gata. Ficamos desesperados. Propuseram mais exames. Levamos na nossa veterinária de confiança e ouvimos dela que diagnóstico não é baseado em exame. Ela estava bem e continua saudável.
Ainda gastamos quase 1000 reais pela incompetência...
Terrible attendance. The night shift asked for a lot of tests and then gave us a terminal diagnosis for our cat. We were desperate. They proposed more tests. We took it to our trusted vet and heard from her that diagnosis is not based on exam. She was fine and still healthy.
We still spend almost 1000 reais for incompetence...
