Profissionais dedicados e atenciosos nos pequenos detalhes! Se você deseja segurança e muito muito muito capricho e amor, este é sem dúvida o lugar perfeito! O único ponto de melhoria: Abrir uma unidade mais próximo a minha casa, ra mas mesmo assim faço questão de levar lá.

Dedicated and attentive professionals in the small details! If you want security and very very very whimsy and love, this is definitely the perfect place! The only point of improvement: Opening a unit closer to my house, but I still make a point of taking it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre confiei os cuidados da minha cachorrinha a esse lugar. Na sexta feira me deparei com um show de horrores, minha cachorro é idosa, tem diversos problemas de saúde, mas corte com lâmina e queimadura não é uma delas. Simplesmente cortaram minha cachorra e possivelmente a queimaram. Ela mal consegue andar e o estabelecimento SE NEGOU a prestar socorro e além do mais, nao nos notificou do ocorrido, mascarou tudo com um acessório que cobria o corte. Se vc tem amor por seu animal, foge desse lugar.
Abrirei um boletim de ocorrência o mais breve possível
I have always entrusted the care of my little dog to this place. On Friday I came across a freak show, my dog is elderly, has several health problems, but cutting with a blade and burning is not one of them. They simply cut my dog and possibly burned her. She can barely walk and the establishment REFUSED to help and, moreover, did not notify us of what had happened, masking everything with an accessory that covered the cut. If you have love for your animal, run away from this place.
I will open an incident report as soon as possible.

Na Zoo Parque você é atendido como parte de uma família, que se preocupa e cuida de seu filho (a) de 4 patas como se fossem deles. Dra Nadja e Dr. Júlio com toda equipe são maravilhosos, muito competentes. Minha Nina é cuidada por eles desde bebezinha e já vai fazer 11 anos. Gratidão por todo amor, carinho e dedicação de vocês.
Excellent clinic, with a wonderful team, incredible professionals. At Zoo Parque you are treated as part of a family that cares and takes care of your 4-legged child as if they were their own. Dr Nadja and Dr. Júlio and the whole team are wonderful, very competent. My Nina has been taken care of by them since she was a baby and will be 11 years old now. Gratitude for all your love, affection and dedication.

Sempre me socorrem, tiram dúvidas, possuem paciência para explicar cada etapa do tratamento e me deixam participar das decisões! Eu indico e confio muito neles!
I have no words to thank you for what the Zooparque team does for my dogs! Mainly Dr Nadja and Dr Julio who take care of my dogs with great love and excellence. They always help me, answer questions, have the patience to explain each stage of the treatment and let me participate in the decisions! I recommend and trust them a lot!

Levamos nossos três cachorros (um de 70kg, outro de 37kgs e um pequeno de 7kgs) SÃO TODOS MUITO BEM TRATADOS, cuidados e voltam do banho lindos e cheirosos. Desde a recepção que nos atende para os agendamentos semanais, as flexibilizações quando precisamos e por fim, a clinica veterinária com muito conhecimento técnico sempre sensacionais. SÓ TEMOS QUE AGRADECER E SEMPRE INDICAR.
Without a shadow of a doubt THE BEST CLINIC AND BATH / SMOOTHING. We took our three dogs (one weighing 70kg, another weighing 37kg and a small one weighing 7kg) THEY ARE ALL WELL TREATED, taken care of and they come back from the bath beautiful and fragrant. From the reception that meets us for the weekly appointments, the flexibility when we need it and finally, the veterinary clinic with a lot of technical knowledge, always sensational. WE JUST HAVE TO THANK YOU AND ALWAYS INDICATE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho três cachorrinhas que levo periodicamente para banho, tosa higiênica e consultas. Frequento a clínica há 13 anos e sempre tive um ótimo tratamento tanto para nós proprietários quanto para minhas meninas. A Dra Nadja e o Dr Júlio são excelentes assim como a equipe do banho e tosa.
I have three puppies that I take periodically for bathing, grooming and appointments. I have been going to the clinic for 13 years and have always had great care for both us owners and my girls. Dr Nadja and Dr Júlio are excellent as well as the bath and grooming team.

O ambiente é super limpo e seguro para os peludos, os veterinários comprometidos e super atenciosos. Nos momentos mais complicados todos se mostraram muito humanos, sempre prontos a ajudar nas situações mais difíceis.
A equipe do banho e tosa tb é 10, minhas cachorras sempre gostaram deles e esse é o melhor termômetro.
Super recomendado.
I have been a customer for many years and I can only thank you for the care and affection of the entire team. The environment is super clean and safe for the furry ones, the committed and super attentive veterinarians. In the most complicated moments, everyone was very human, always ready to help in the most difficult situations.
The bath and grooming team is also 10, my dogs have always liked them and this is the best thermometer.
Super recommended.
