★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimoooo lugar atendimento ruim a veterinária é mal educada grossa e não gosta q fique na sala enquanto ela faz os procedimentos dos remédios Nunca tem um diagnóstico do caso aplica vários remédios pra várias coisas pq não consigo segue defini oq tem..e fala um desses deve ser e o remédio vai agir...
Cachorro foi pra tosa e veio todo machucado...ainda bem que tirei foto logo q veio.
 Pessimoooo bad care place the vet is rude rude and does not like to stay in the room while she does the medicine procedures Never have a diagnosis of the case apply several medicines for various things because I can not follow I defined what.and says one of these must be and the medicine will act ...
Dog went to shy and came all hurt ... I'm glad I took a picture as soon as it came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da veterinária, falta de preparo em lidar com situações embaraçosas, falta de empatia, extremamente arrogante e mal educada! não foi capaz nem de encostar num gato traumatizado que acolhi da rua! um bom profissional bem qualificado está preparado para todos os perfis de animais! não recomendo de forma alguma a Daniela! principalmente em se tratando de uma clinica que ainda está começando e construindo uma reputação!
DISPONIBILIDADE em atender é uma coisa (claro $$$$), BOM ATENDIMENTO, URBANIDADE E PROFISSIONALISMO é outra!!
o animal saiu da clinica mais traumatizado do que entrou!
Bad vet care, lack of preparation to deal with embarrassing situations, lack of empathy, extremely arrogant and rude! I was not even able to touch a traumatized cat that I took in from the street! a good and qualified professional is prepared for all animal profiles! I do not recommend Daniela at all! especially when it comes to a clinic that is still starting and building a reputation!
AVAILABILITY to attend is one thing (of course $$$$), GOOD SERVICE, URBANITY AND PROFESSIONALISM is another !!
the animal left the clinic more traumatized than it entered!
