★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se vc leva seu pet em um veterinário nao especializado você tem o atendimento basico. agora la na zooanalise vc tem seu pet revirado do avesso. foi la que encontrei o problema e a solução pros meus cachorros. eles possuem profissionais de excelência e também equipamentos de exames de excelência. recomendo a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário agendado Horário cumprido parabéns São raros os lugares onde respeitam isso. Preço bom, levei meu rottwailer p tirar raio X as 15h, o laudo saiu no mesmo dia , parabéns ótimos profissionais. Tem estacionamento no local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico!! Vim até o estabelecimento pelas boas avaliações daqui e localização, porém me arrependi amargamente!
Minha cachorra teve que fazer vários tipos de exames, sendo um deles citologia em cerca de 5 regiões do corpinho dela, no primeiro dia a pessoa que coletou chegou machucar minha cachorra e depois de uns 5 dias vieram dizer que o exame não deu certo e que eu teria que retornar para coletar novamente! Pois bem, fui e levei ela novamente ao local chegando lá, já começou de novo a falta de comunicação entre os funcionários, mesmo eu explicando para a recepcionista que seria uma recoleta e que não teria que pagar, ela duvidando e demorando o atendimento, para poder confirmar com alguém se realmente eu não teria que pagar o exame novamente! Depois de mto tempo esperando, fizeram o exame e daí começou a enrolação para sair o resultado sendo que, já era um caso de recoleta e eram exames pré operatórios da minha cachorra, depois de várias promessas não cumpridas com o dia para eu receber os resultados, saiu o resultado do exame!
Quando levo os exames para o veterinário avaliar, ele verificou que o local mencionado no exame que tinha apresentado problema, não tinha nada a ver com o real local onde o problema estava na minha cachorra!! Enfim, péssimo!

My dog had to do several types of exams, one of them being cytology in about 5 regions of her little body, on the first day the person who collected it came to hurt my dog and after about 5 days they came to say that the exam didn't work and that I would have to return to collect it again! Well, I went and took her again to the place, when I got there, the lack of communication between the employees started again, even though I explained to the receptionist that it would be a recollection and that I wouldn't have to pay, she doubting and taking the service, to to be able to confirm with someone if I really wouldn't have to pay the exam again! After a long time of waiting, they did the exam and then they started scrambling to get the result. , the result of the exam is out!
When I take the exams to the vet to evaluate, he verified that the place mentioned in the exam that had a problem, had nothing to do with the real place where the problem was in my dog!! Anyway, bad!
