★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência decepcionante, pedir passagem cinco dias de antecedência, a secretaria me confirmou e disse que passaria meu número para o motorista me ligaria para confirmar comigo também, porém ela provavelmente não passou o número não recebir nenhuma ligação, entrei em contato novamente ela me disse que não tinha mais passagem o ônibus já estava cheio e que pessoas já tinham reservado há três semanas atrás, TRÊS SEMANAS! É inacreditável tamanha incompetência, falta de respeito e sinceridade com os clientes. Atendimento nota zero.
Disappointing experience, ask for five day advance notice, the secretary confirmed me and said she would pass my number to the driver would call me to confirm with me also, however she probably did not pass the number not receiving any call, I contacted again she told me that had no more passage the bus was already full and people had already booked three weeks ago, THREE WEEKS! Such incompetence, disrespect and sincerity with customers is unbelievable. Answer zero.

I'm traveling from Riacho de Santana to São Paulo a zero organization mess, zero hygiene they do.the change of.buses and nobody says anything ever again ever again, lack of.organization.
