★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone péssimo, demoram uma eternidade para atender um ramal. Somos de uma cidade vizinha e fomos deixar uns edredons numa sexta-feira para lavagem. Às 16:10h tocamos a campainha e ninguém atendeu. Depois de muito tocar, um homem vestindo a camiseta da empresa apareceu por um portão lateral e disse que na sexta o atendimento encerrava às 16:00h. Questionei que na placa acusava atendimento até às 14:30h na sexta. Ele disse que eu estava errado, aí eu disse que errada estava a placa. Ele concluiu me dizendo que a placa era antiga e que era para eu retornar na segunda-feira. Atendimento nota zero. Já contatei uma outra lavanderia em outra cidade e fui prontamente atendido.
 Lousy phone service, it takes forever to answer an extension. We are from a neighboring town and went to leave some comforters on a Friday to wash. At 16: 10 we rang the bell and no one answered. After a lot of touching, a man wearing the company T-shirt appeared through a side gate and said that on Friday the service closed at 16:00. I questioned that on the board it was open until 2:30 pm on Friday. He said I was wrong, then I said the plate was wrong. He concluded by telling me that the sign was old and that I was supposed to return on Monday. Customer service zero. I already contacted another laundry in another city and was promptly attended.
