Após assinar o contrato o descaso com o inquilino é total! E no final do contrato tentam te extorquir de todas as formas pra devolver o menor valor possível do depósito feito pela locação! Nos empurraram goela abaixo um orçamento super faturado alegando que a pintura do apto estava mal feita, além de terem feito a vistoria sem nossa presença! No RECLAME AQUI tem vários relatos iguais e reclamações não resolvidas!

And at the end of the contract they try to extort you in every way to return the lowest possible amount of the deposit made for the lease! They pushed us down our throats with a super invoiced budget claiming that the painting of the apartment was poorly done, in addition to having carried out the inspection without our presence! In COMPLAINT HERE there are several similar reports and unresolved complaints!

Fora que as pessoas que trabalham lá, não sabe nem trabalhar com público. Tá na hora de mudar equipe toda de vocês.
Se for alugar casa, apartamento ou outro coisa. Se prepara para ter dor de cabeça e nunca ser resolvido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento até fecharmos o contrato foi ótimo, mas depois de assinar é um descaso total: recebi o imóvel com várias avarias, inclusive problemas elétricos e de segurança e enviei um email para a administração. Não obtive retorno nenhum, nem se quer uma confirmação do recebimento do meu email. A Zuccaro te deixa completamente no escuro após o fechamento do contrato. E ainda dizem que vão retornar ligação e não retornam, nunca tem ninguém para te atender e quando tem, o atendimento é ruim. Funcionária Isabela disse que eu estava gritando ao telefone simplesmente por eu estar exigindo uma resposta para o meu problema que nem se quer foi resolvido.

And they still say they'll call back and they don't, there's never anyone to answer you and when they do, the service is bad. Employee Isabela said I was yelling on the phone simply because I was demanding an answer to my problem that wasn't even resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei contato com o corretor Marco, não obtive resposta, entrei em contato na imobiliária disseram que iam passar meu número para ele, depois de muito insistir ele respondeu mas demorava demais pra passar as informações que eu perguntava (isso quando respondia) precisei chamar outro corretor pra ver se a coisa andava e o atendimento foi o mesmo, poucas informações e uma longa demora pra responder. Muita falta de respeito. Deixei compromissos de lado nas promessas de atendimento e de visitas, demoraram tanto que um dos apartamentos que estava interessado em alugar ficou indisponível. Parece que tem que ficar implorando por atendimento, que vergonha.

Much disrespect. I left appointments aside in promises of service and visits, they took so long that one of the apartments I was interested in renting was unavailable.
