★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi péssima, depois de ter dado o maior lance em um leilão de um imóvel, e depois da empresa ter me enviado um mail perguntando qual seria a forma de pagamento, recebo quase 30 dias depois, um comunicado que meu lance não foi aceito.
My experience was terrible, after having made the highest bid in a property auction, and after the company sent me an email asking what the payment method would be, I receive almost 30 days later, a statement that my bid was not I accept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diante do comentário do comprador que não recebeu o imóvel, jamais iria nesse leilão, pois pelo visto se a venda for por preço baixo eles cancelam a venda. No minimo o zukerman deveria pagar uma multa de arrependimento, da mesma forma que a pessoa que da o lance e se arrepende paga.

O chat não atende, o whatsapp so aparece mensagem automatica e não retornam e quando atendem ao whatsapp mandam mensagem que estarão em reuniao o dia todo e nao atenderão aos clientes.kkkk parece piada . Finja que é uma empresa com foco em cliente e eu finjo que acredito. Tudo certo.

The chat does not answer, whatsapp only appears automatically message and does not return and when they answer whatsapp they send a message that they will be in a meeting all day and will not attend customers.kkkk seems like a joke. Pretend you are a customer-focused company and I pretend I believe. All very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava pensando em usar, mas diante tantos comentários negativos, vou procurar outro, essa historia que li de uma funcionaria sobre o vendedor avaliar é uma mentira, pois já existe um lance mínimo, geralmente o Banco já recebeu um valor durante seu financiamento que com esse lance mínimo já quita seu custo de financiamento com lucro, o grande problema é o leiloeiro mesmo, que quer um valor maior para ter um maior lucro, pois ganha 5% do valor de venda, tomem cuidado e façam o pagamento em juízo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos enganados por estes. Pediram adiantado 20.900 que seria a comissão deles. Vencemos o leilão mas não conseguimos o imovel por conta deles. Abrimos um processo para reaver o valor. Desde dezembro de 2020 até hoje 12/07/2021 não devolvem o nosso dinheiro. Para quem duvidar...processo: 0006723-31.2021.8.16.0017. Empresas assim não deveriam nem estar abertas na minha opinião
We were deceived by these. They asked for 20,900 in advance which would be their commission. We won the auction but we couldn't get the property on their account. We opened a process to recover the value. Since December 2020 until today 12/07/2021 do not refund our money. For those who doubt... process: 0006723-31.2021.8.16.0017. Companies like this shouldn't even be open in my opinion.

Tinha um imóvel em S.Caetano, mas precisamente na rua São Jorge, hoje dia 07/04/2022 foi a primeira praça, ninguém arrematou, então ele entrou para segunda praça e após um lance, misteriosamente o anúncio saiu do ar, sendo que tinha até o dia 28/04/22 para dar lances, não confio e não indico, cuidado!!!
This auction has no credibility. There was a property in S.Caetano, but precisely on São Jorge street, today 04/07/2022 was the first square, no one bought it, so he entered the second square and after a bid, the ad mysteriously went off the air, and I had until the 28/04/22 to bid, I don't trust it and I don't recommend it, be careful!!!

Aí vieram os problemas, o ocupante do imóvel pleiteava uma ação de usucapião e então o juíz desse processo determinou a anulação da venda, até que seja dada a sentença final do mesmo. Assim não pude seguir adiante com a documentação. Pedi o cancelamento da venda e devolução do dinheiro, sem sucesso. Foi necessário abrir um processo na justiça pedindo a devolução, que ainda está em andamento. Depois de um ano e 3 meses, nem imóvel, nem dinheiro, o qual juntei com muito custo, peguei emprestado, e ainda, pagando aluguel. Pesquisem muito a respeito do imóvel, porque depois que recebem o dinheiro, não estão nem aí para te ajudar.

So I couldn't go ahead with the documentation. I asked to cancel the sale and refund the money, to no avail. It was necessary to file a lawsuit in court asking for the return, which is still in progress. After a year and 3 months, neither property nor money, which I collected at great cost, borrowed, and still paying rent. Research a lot about the property, because after they receive the money, they don't care to help you.
