agora sim, vamos as impressoes. Essa loja é muito legal. Oferecce um bom serviço com segurança e rapidez. tem otimos equipamentos para analisar o seu carro por completo. Os mecanicos sao muito gente boa. Ronaldo me atendeu super bem e foi bem transparente no serviço. Não so me fez o serviço que pedi, mas tambem já me pontuou outros detalhes que dava pra resolver na hora. Diferente do ultimo serviço que fiz numa oficina da 75. Os preços sao um pouco salgados, mas no final acaba saindo em conta pelo bom serviço prestado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para trocar os pneus e pastilha de freio , no final gastei R$2700,00 reais , com dois meses tive que voltar pois meu freio não estava funcionando direito e pedi para eles olharem e o mecânico deles me falaram que tinha que trocar o cilindro mestre a peça mais cara do freio do carro né aí não troquei como tinha visto na internet e fui em outro local e fiz só e te a sangria e resolveu , aí já fiquei em dúvida se eu precisava trocar todas as peças trocadas em dezembro , mas tudo bem vida que seguia né , até que neste domingo 22/05/2022 paro meu carro na frente da minha casa e o pneu começa a vazar o ar vou logo procurar uma borracharia e descubro que os arames internos do pneus estragaram e fazia um papo no pneu com apenas 05 meses um pneu Goodyear , tenho carro a mais de 18 anos e nunca tinha acontecido isso , só que o mais engraçado são as desculpas corriqueiras que falaram que o pneu estragou por conta de um buraco e eu tinha perdido a garantia e pediram o rapaz da HC pneus me ligar para falar o ocorrido ou seja mais uma vez querendo ludibriar o cliente .... Uma pena mesmo ver isso de uma empresa como vcs pois se pneu não pode pegar buraco tá difícil em Palmas mesmo sabendo que não foi isso que aconteceu !!
I took my car to change the tires and brake pads, in the end I spent R$2700.00 reais, two months later I had to go back because my brakes weren't working properly and I asked them to look and their mechanic told me I had to change the master cylinder the most expensive part of the car brake right then I didn't change it as I had seen on the internet and I went to another place and I just did the bleeding and it solved it, then I was already in doubt if I needed to change all the parts changed in December, but it's ok, life was going on, right, until this Sunday 05/22/2022 I stop my car in front of my house and the tire starts to leak the air I'm going to look for a tire repair shop and I find out that the inner wires of the tires were damaged and I made a tire talk with only 05 months a Goodyear tire, I've had a car for over 18 years and this had never happened, but the funniest thing is the commonplace excuses that said the tire was damaged because of a hole and I had lost the warranty and asked the boy from HC Tires call me to talk about what happened, that is, once again wanting to deceive the customer.... It's really a shame to see this from a company like you because if the tire can't get a hole, it's difficult in Palmas even knowing that that's not what happened! !
