A empresa parece boa. Sugiro um alinhamento de comunicação com o atendimento. O produto é o mesmo de outras gráficas. O atendimento faz toda a diferença. Gostaria de voltar ao ambiente, mas a primeira experiência não foi muito agradável. Bom, espero que melhorem. Boa sorte equipe ?
There's a girl whose name I don't remember. Straight, dark, long hair. Attendant. She is thick. He's a robotic person. That only does the basics and look there. The atmosphere is delicious. The company looks good. I suggest an alignment of communication with the service. The product is the same as other graphics. Service makes all the difference. I would like to return to the environment, but the first experience was not very pleasant. Well, I hope they get better. Good luck team ?

Um absurdo! Eu queria algumas impressões coloridas e outras preto e branco, mas o funcionário ficou insistindo para fazer tudo colorido senão as impressões ficariam desconfiguradas (????)
Ao invés de ficar querendo ganhar em cima de nós, poderia ter o mínimo de respeito pelo cliente! No fim ele cobrou o preço de colorido em todas as folhas sendo que a maioria ficou em preto e branco mesmo.
Além disso, o funcionário fez eu mandar 3 VEZES o mesmo e-mail pra ele, pq cada hora ele deixava de imprimir alguma página.
Nunca mais passo por aí nem de longe, jamais recomendaria para qualquer pessoa. Estou extremamente desapontada.
LAST EXPERIENCE! I paid R $ 77 for 35-page printing + binding!
Absurd! I wanted some color and some black and white prints, but the employee insisted on making everything colorful or the prints would be out of shape (????)
Instead of wanting to win over us, you could have a minimum of respect for the customer! In the end he charged the price of color on all the sheets, most of which were in black and white.
In addition, the employee made me send him the same email 3 times, because every hour he stopped printing a page.
I will never pass by even nowhere, I would never recommend it to anyone. I am extremely disappointed.
