★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 novelos há 2 dias e hoje não me deixaram trocar a cor.
Não entendi muito bem a justificativa, pensei que fosse pela situação atual (COVID) mas não, disseram que não podem mais trocar pois pessoas levam novelos antigos, as vezes apenas um que sobrou, e acabam deixando a loja sem alternativas com o fornecedor. Acontece que eu comprei um novelo novo, com variedades de cor, não iria ficar parado na loja...
Enfim, fiquei chateada, compro neste lugar há anos.
Da próxima vez eu escolho melhor e levo menos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento do proprietário. Só porque uma criança mexeu em um pacote de lã e deixou desalinhado, ele chamou a atenção. Lã não quebra. Disse que eu (mãe) não zelava pelo patrimônio alheiro. Desculpe-me, mas um comerciante discutir com uma criança porque não deixou o pacote de lã impecável, falta muito senso e profissionalismo.
Very bad service from the owner. Just because a kid messed with a bundle of wool and left it scruffy, it caught my attention. Wool doesn't break. He said that I (mother) did not look after the alheiro's assets. Excuse me, but for a merchant to argue with a child why he didn't leave the wool package immaculate, it lacks a lot of sense and professionalism.
