★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo experiência.a Fabiana só enrolando para entregar o documento do carro. gastei uma grana com o carro que veio com peças velhas. agora meu carro foi roubado e dependendo do documento do carro para da entrada no seguro e a Fabiana sempre inventa que vai falar com o financeiro.ja estou sem saber o que fazer.acho que todos deveríamos ir juntos e levar uma equipe de tv pra acabar com essa agência.

Ainda não tenho o documento do carro pq ficou acordado ele pagarem o IPVA, pois deixei meu antigo carro na troca todo quitado para eles. Conclusão, para meu trabalho está sendo exigido a documentação do carro certa e não tenho nenhum posicionamento. Péssima gestão da gerente FABIANA ! Só aconselho a NAO COMPREM CARRO nenhum lá, pois são verdadeiros CHARLATOES. Já estarei providenciando o processo

Mais uma reclamação, agência pegou meu carro como entrada e passou o meu telefone para o novo comprador sem a minha autorização.
Se eu quisesse alguém me perturbando eu vendia em particular.
Mais de 9 dias de compra e nada resolvido.
Sem documentação nenhuma e nem carne tenho para pagar o carro.
Se até segunda feira não resolverem, entrarei na justiça.

1 mês se passou e continuo sem nenhuma documentação do carro, sem o boleto para pagamento mesmo já tendo vencido. Entro no site da financeira e nada é encontrado com meu CPF.
Contato sempre com Fabiana e nada resolvido até o presente momento. Aguardarei mais um retorno até amanhã, caso contrário, entrarei com as medidas cabíveis

Ainda bateram com o meu carro quando fui buscar e quebrou o parachoque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível comprei um carro nessa loja ,sendo que na hora de compra me trataram surper bem ,mais depois foi um transtorno ,eles mal respondem ,meu carro está com multa do antigo dono e até hoje já faz 1 ano ninguém resolveu nada,hoje quero passar o veículo para meu nome mais como que passa com 2 multas e eles se quer atende ou respondem Fabiana de gerente péssima ,que eu saiba gerente e pra resolver esses tipos de problema ,e fora que meu carro deu um problema com 3 dias de uso e pra pega o carro na oficina deles demorou 20 dias sem carro !
Não comprem carro lá só um aviso dor de cabeça certa
