★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles anunciam carros que não têm. Estive em contato com vendedor Deivid Agavino desde às 7h, inclusive, antes de me dirigir para loja, informei a estava a caminho. Ao chegar lá, por volta das 14h, fui surpreendido pelo próprio vendedor Deivid, com a cara mais lavada, que eles tinham vendido o veículo na noite anterior. Um total desrespeito ao cliente. Não merecem crédito!
They advertise cars they don't have. I have been in contact with the seller Deivid Agavino since 7 am, and before heading to the store, I informed him that I was on my way. When I got there, around 2 pm, I was surprised by the salesman Deivid himself, with a clean face, that they had sold the vehicle the night before. Total disrespect for the customer. They don't deserve credit!

Não deixaram eu fazer o teste drive, vi que seria uma cilada, mas minha mulher havia gostado muito do carro.
Fechamos e para variar, o veículo veio com revisões faltando, problema na bateria, no multimidea, e na câmera de ré.
Entrei em contato com o gerente Wanderson, informando que colocaria na revisão de 40.000 na autorizada e faria avaliação dos problemas.
Que foram identificados e mesmo assim o mesmo solicitou que tirasse da autorizada para levar para uma oficina de rua.
E que o Kit Multimidia mesmo com problema identificado, o sr. WANDERSON falou que o mesmo não tinha o que fazer.
"Sr. Felipe a garantia do seu veículo é realizada em uma de nossas oficinas, quanto a instalação de qualquer acessório não tenho como lhe ajudar!
Quanto, mídia do veículo ela estava funcionando perfeitamente e inclusive com canais de TV ABERTO pegando, sem qualquer dificuldades!"
É uma vergonha, nao caia na mesma cilada que eu cai. Empresa sem vergonha, sem treinamento de atendimento, engana e omite.

I bought a CRETA 2018/2019. In January 2022.
They didn't let me take the test drive, I saw that it would be a trap, but my wife had really liked the car.
We closed it and for a change, the vehicle came with missing revisions, a problem with the battery, the multimedia, and the reverse camera.
I contacted the manager Wanderson, informing him that I would put the 40,000 in the authorized review and evaluate the problems.
Which were identified and even so, he asked to take it from the authorized one to take it to a street workshop.
And that the Multimedia Kit even with an identified problem, Mr. WANDERSON said that he had nothing to do.
"Mr. Felipe, your vehicle warranty is carried out in one of our workshops, as for the installation of any accessory I cannot help you!
How much, vehicle media it was working perfectly and even with OPEN TV channels picking up, without any difficulties!"
It's a shame, don't fall into the same trap I fell into. Shameless company, no service training, cheats and omits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai comprou um Creta Prata e foi atendido pelo vendedor Carlos. O atendimento foi nota 10. Foi verificado as melhores formas de pagar o veículo com a menor taxa possível. O veículo estava com as vistorias todas em dia, comprovadas no manual do proprietário. Meu pai ficou muito feliz com o atendimento do Carlos e seu gerente ( não lembro o nome) . O carro é lindo e super bem conservado para um usado 2018.
