★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial péssimo 16/01/22, a atendente do caixa , com preguiça e falta de educação. Parecia que eu estava pedindo favor, obrigado e boa noite são palavras excluídas do vocabulário, nem delivery nem presencial. Perderam o cliente.
Terrible face-to-face service 01/16/22, the cashier, lazy and impolite. It felt like I was asking for a favor, thank you and good night are words excluded from the vocabulary, neither delivery nor in person. They lost the customer.

Foi a minha primeira vez no local, fui para comemorar um mês de casamento. Quando chegamos não tinha nenhum cliente no local, apenas uma funcionária que estava organizando as mesas e como não sabíamos como a casa funcionava, nos acomodamos em uma das mesas e nem um boa noite recebemos, assim ela passou por quase dez minutos arrumando as coisas não olhou na nossa cara, se acomodou no balcão e começou a mexer no celular, meu marido então incomodado se levantou para perguntar como funcionava para fazer o pedido e ela respondeu sem nenhum interesse e mal nos explicou como tudo funcionava o cardápio, ficamos muito perdidos ?
Espero ter uma nova oportunidade de ir até o local e ter um atendimento que faz jus à qualidade do lanche.
The quality of the snack is unquestionable, one of the best I've ever eaten, however, I was very upset with the service. It was my first time at the venue, I went to celebrate a month of marriage. When we arrived there was no customer on site, just an employee who was organizing the tables and as we didn't know how the house worked, we settled at one of the tables and we didn't even receive a good night, so she spent almost ten minutes fixing things up looked at our face, settled on the counter and started to fiddle with my cell phone, then my husband, bothered, got up to ask how it worked to place the order and she answered without any interest and barely explained to us how the menu worked, we were very lost ?
I hope to have a new opportunity to go to the place and have a service that lives up to the quality of the snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sanduiche sempre muito bom! O problema e que no delivery sempre vem faltando alguma coisa do pedido, ou a batata, ou os filezinhos de frango. Ai e um transtorno pra receber o item..
The sandwich is always very good! The problem is that in delivery there is always something missing from the order, either the potato or the chicken fillets. Oh, and a hassle to receive the item..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desde o início já não gostei ,funcionário que se encontra no caixa ,não levanta pra trazer o cardápio ,vc faz o pedido no balcão,você busca na boqueta seu pedido ,o atendendente não levanta pra nada essa é a verdade ,peguei o pedido e tive que perguntar se era com ele que retirava as bebidas,que nem isso ele fez,jogando no celular fica desatento,o lanche é muito bom ,super recomendo,mas o atendimento é péssimo ,sugiro que troque o modo de atendimento ao cliente ;
