Ou não tem ingredientes 2x já ou não se comunicam direito com os clientes, esses dias fiz um pedido no balcão um bifum e uma Heineken, estava esperando na mesa e achei demorado pra descer a breja, chamei o garçom e ele informou que o balcão não fez o pedido, e que teria que fazer o pedido com o mesmo, na ocasião levantei da mesa e não quis o pedido. Não adianta só a comida ser boa, mas todo o conjunto do serviço prestado.
 good food, tasty steak. But they always get a problem when I ask. Either they don't have 2x ingredients already or they don't communicate properly with the customers, these days I ordered a bifum and a Heineken at the counter, I was waiting at the table and thought it took a while to go down the swamp, I called the waiter and he informed that the counter didn't made the order, and that I would have to order with it, at the time I got up from the table and didn't want the order. It's not just that the food is good, but the whole set of service provided.

Deixei de realizar o pedido pela má vontade, não quis tirar dúvidas falou pra olhar as opções no iFood.

I stopped making the order out of ill will, I didn't want to ask questions, I said to look at the options on iFood.

Ficamos com fome , e ainda dão desculpa que o endereço está desatualizado.
Péssima experiência, se não são capazes de atender, não coloquem a opção de entrega.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
What a bad attitude of the restaurant, in addition to making the customer wait, and delaying the order, it still doesn't ship.
We were hungry, and they still make excuses that the address is out of date.
Bad experience, if you are not able to attend, don't put the delivery option.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se possível dava estrela negativa... Uma vergonha de estabelecimento. Atrasa 1 hora e ainda cancela o pedido... Se não tem condição de fazer pelo menos um atendimento descente, de respeito fecha logo que a vergonha é menor.
If possible I would give a negative star... A disgrace to the establishment. It delays 1 hour and still cancels the order... If you don't have the conditions to do at least one decent service, respectfully closes as soon as the shame is less.

Comprei pelo iFood, o pedido foi entregue errado e parcial, reclamei para o iFood onde foi feito o cancelamento.
O entregador retornou ao meu endereço extremante grosseiro dizendo que eu teria que pagar pelo o pedido já que o iFood cancelou, me xingou de pilantra, golpista, estelionatária. Não recomendo esse restaurante.
Terrible place to order lunch.
I bought through iFood, the order was delivered wrong and partial, I complained to iFood where the cancellation was made.
The delivery man returned to my extremely rude address saying that I would have to pay for the order since iFood canceled it, called me a rogue, scammer, embezzler. I do not recommend this restaurant.
