★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi o melhor cartório de Campinas, mas esta conseguindo ser o pior. Já estamos com 08 meses de pandemia e até hj não se adaptaram. Não conseguem uniformizar atendimento, telefone pode cancelar, pois ninguém nunca atende. Infelizmente Sr ALEXANDRE DE AZEVEDO PALMEIRA FILHO precisa rever o sistema do seu cartório, pois esta PÉSSIMO. Siga o exemplo do 3o Cartório de Registros de Campinas, melhorou muito na pademia.
It was once the best registry office in Campinas, but it is managing to be the worst. We are already with 08 months of pandemic and even today they have not adapted. They are not able to standardize service, the phone can cancel, because nobody ever answers. Unfortunately, Mr ALEXANDRE DE AZEVEDO PALMEIRA FILHO needs to review the system of his registry office, as this is the LAST one. Follow the example of the 3rd Registry Office of Campinas, it has improved a lot in the bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não for o pior cartório do Brasil está lutando bravamente para ser . Funcionários mau educados , nao nos informam , levam muito mas muito mais tempo para analisar os documentos. Ficam pedindo correções picadas em vez de pedir tudo de uma vez só. E se vcs falarem isso para eles vão fazer oq fizeram comigo , olhar pra vc dar um sorriso sarcástico e virar as costas . Então é isso, boa sorte a quem for pra esse lugar !
If it is not the worst registry office in Brazil it is fighting bravely to be. Poorly educated employees, do not inform us, take much, much longer to analyze the documents. They keep asking for minced corrections instead of asking for everything at once. And if you say that to them they'll do what they did to me, look at you to smirk and turn away. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe despreparada. Pedem exigências de forma parcial e pior sem necessidade. Tivemos que pedir ao advogado da família ir resolver uma simples questão de registro. Deveria ocorrer uma auditoria nesse cartório.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquanto não tiver concorrência neste tipo de serviço, vai ser sempre demorado e de péssima qualidade. Sou de outra cidade e liguei para saber o andamento do registro e desligaram umas 4 a 5 vezes na cara. No site fica sempre em estudo sendo que já mandamos a documentação tudo certinha. Enfim, se esse é o melhor cartório de Campinas, imagine o pior.
As long as there is no competition in this type of service, it will always be time consuming and of poor quality. I'm from another city and I called to know the progress of the registration and they hung up about 4 to 5 times in my face. The site is always under study and we have already sent the documentation all right. Anyway, if this is the best registry office in Campinas, imagine the worst.
