★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que esperar a boa vontade deles te atende, o cara que fica na recepção parece que está fazendo algum tipo de favor.... Fiquei mais de 3 horas para ser atendida. Infelizmente são esses que se diz profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os agentes foram bem atenciosos no atendimento para a solicitação de segunda via de RG e de antecedentes criminais.
Agradeço ao Sr Wilson e todo o pessoal que me atenderam muito bem.
Sem a ajuda deles não conseguiria solicitar a minha segunda via do meu RG para o inventário do falecimento da minha mãe.
Apesar de estar em reforma, foram bem atenciosos, pacientes e solidários com todos os que necessitaram dos serviços.
Recomendo para quem necessita tirar segunda via do RG. Mas levem a taxa já paga, documentos originais e xerox de tudo para agilizar e facilitar o atendimento. Do contrário só será possível o agendamento.
Com essa pandemia, foi o melhor lugar que fui.

Despite being under renovation, they were very attentive, patient and supportive of all who needed the services.
I recommend it to anyone who needs to take a duplicate of the RG. But take the fee already paid, original documents and photocopy of everything to speed up and facilitate the service. Otherwise, only scheduling is possible.
With this pandemic, it was the best place I went.

Não é necessário agendamento para realizar a retirada do documento que foi solicitado pelo App Rg digital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So achei a mulher que cuida da parte rg bem folgada. Fazendo pouco caso e como ela tivesse morrendo de má vontade de trabalhar e ate responder as pessoas quando estao com duvida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a delegacia registrar um boletim de ocorrência, chegando lá fui atendido pelo Escrivão, o mesmo não queria registrar o B.O, uma má vontade em atender, só consegui registar o b.o depois de muita insistência pois a seguradora exige boletim de ocorrência, ainda me fez esperar quase 1 hora pra ser atendido. isso é um verdadeiro descaso com a população, o cara não quer trabalhar sendo que recebe pra isso, o salário dele é pago com nossos impostos. o minimo seria um atendimento digno!!!!
