★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 DVDs na papelaria Francine que fica em frente à GVE Santo André onde trabalho como médica.Ao fazer a gravação do DVD, não consegui reproduzi-lo e ao olhar para o DVD vi que o mesmo estava com um defeito. Ao verificar o outro DVD comprado junto verifiquei o mesmo defeito. Fui imediatamente à loja troca-los e fui surpreendida com a dúvida levantada pelo dono da loja e outra senhora de que os 2 DVDs eram de outra marca (hp) diferente dos que eram vendidos na loja. Fiquei constrangida pois a dúvida levantada era que eu ou alguem do GVE tinha trocado os DVDs . Mas fiquei indignada mesmo quando a senhora que eu suponho ser a dona da loja veio com os 2 DVDs trocados e disse que era para eu levá-los de volta pois não pertenciam à loja e que eu desse para quem era o dono deles.
Não piso mais nessa loja e ainda disse para todos os funcionários a forma como eles tratam os clientes.
I bought 2 DVDs from the Francine stationery store in front of GVE Santo André where I work as a doctor. When I was recording the DVD, I could not play it and looking at the DVD I saw that it was defective. When checking the other DVD purchased together I found the same defect. I immediately went to the store to change them and was surprised by the doubt raised by the store owner and another lady that the 2 DVDs were of a different brand (hp) than those sold in the store. I was embarrassed that the question was that I or someone from GVE had changed the DVDs. But I was outraged even when the lady I suppose to own the store came up with the 2 changed DVDs and said that I was supposed to take them back because they didn't belong in the store and I gave it to their owner.
I don't walk into this store anymore and even told all the employees how they treat customers.

Absurd price, they charged 20 reais just to close a box that I was going to send by post. I ended up paying because I couldn't find another stationery store nearby and I was in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha namorada foi nessa Papelaria e ficou olhando alguns produtos. Durante todo esse tempo uma senhora (provavelmente a dona do lugar) ficou seguindo ela em toda loja, deixando-a totalmente desconfortável. O motivo? Seja ele qual for, a papelaria perdeu uma cliente.
My girlfriend went to this Stationery and was looking at some products. During all this time a lady (probably the owner of the place) was following her around the store, making her totally uncomfortable. The reason? Whatever it is, the stationery has lost a customer.
