★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito rápido com servidores nota 10. Possui estacionamento para clientes. Alguns mosquitos da dengue circulando pelo local, mas acredito ser o famigerado "Aedes do bem". O painel de senhas fica na parte de trás, bem longe da entrada, e na frente fica um painel com senhas preferenciais, o que pode confundir quem pega um número de senha e fica esperando aparecer no painel frontal.
Very fast service with note 10 servers. It has parking for customers. Some dengue mosquitoes circulating around the place, but I believe it is the infamous "Aedes do bem". The password panel is at the back, far from the entrance, and in the front is a panel with preferred passwords, which can confuse anyone who picks up a password number and waits to appear on the front panel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! solicitei o serviço de registro, pós inventário (este já pago), o cartorário me disse que faria, aguardei 1 mês, nenhuma resposta, entrei em contato ele disse que o problema estava no cartório de registro de imóveis, passaram mais 2 meses e nenhuma resposta, decidi ligar no cartório de registro de imóveis e constatei que nenhum pedido foi feito por parte do cartorário . Compareci pessoalmente, ele me deu desculpas em cima de desculpas e ainda tentou alegar que eu não havia solicitado o mencionado serviço, sendo que tenho como provar , por fim, de fato não tinha feito o que foi solicitado. Foram 4 meses de espera pra nada! A família perdeu de vender o imóvel por falta do registro! Não recomendo esse cartório para ninguém!
Terrible! I requested the registration service, after the inventory (this has already been paid), the notary told me he would do it, I waited 1 month, no response, I contacted him he said the problem was in the real estate registry office, 2 more months have passed and none answer, I decided to call the real estate registry office and found that no request was made by the notary. I attended in person, he gave me excuses on top of excuses and even tried to claim that I hadn't requested the mentioned service, and I can prove, in the end, that I hadn't actually done what was requested. It was 4 months of waiting for nothing! The family lost from selling the property due to lack of registration! I don't recommend this registry to anyone!
