Cheguei lá havia mais de dez cachorros na sala e a funcionária disse que houve um imprevisto. Pq não ligaram para avisar? Quem tem gato sabe como é difícil sair com eles, a pet tinha meu número e não ligou para desmarcar. Um dos meus gatos vomitou na caixa e eu mesmo precisei dar banho neles, bagunçando minha agenda de trabalho no restante do dia. Foram descuidados e despreparados, não recomendo, procure um pet shop mais apropriado para levar seu bichinho.

They were careless and unprepared, I don't recommend it, look for a more appropriate pet shop to take your pet.
