Funcionarios despreparados, e debochados.
Levei meu cachorro pra fazer uma tosa, me entregaram ele em casa e depois de algum tempo percebi ele um pouco estranho, peguei ele e vi um corte perto da boca, liguei na loja pra perguntar o que tinha acontecido e com uma tremenda falta de educação me destrataram por telefone e desligaram na minha cara.
Primeira e unica vez, loja de amadores despreparados e debochados.

Unprepared and debauched employees.
I took my dog to be groomed, they gave me home and after some time I noticed it was a little strange, I caught it and saw a cut near my mouth, I called the store to ask what had happened and with a tremendous lack of education they raped me on the phone and hung up on me.
First and only time, shop for unprepared and debauched amateurs.

My dog whenever he was on the pet stein he comes back smelling and very clean but there is always some place that gets hurt but they were never rude to me but the last time I took my pet for a bath and grooming he came back scared I don't know why until that pet stein is good

Levei meu cachorro pra fazer tosa higiênica, entregaram ele em casa com o olho machucado, não conseguia nem abrir, voltei com ele até a loja e me disseram que não tinha nada e se tivesse machucado tinha sido em minha casa. Fui ao veterinário e o mesmo me disse que o olho estava com queimadura, e provavelmente não irá mais enxergar desse olho.
Fujam desse lugar, o pior de tudo é que ainda debocharam da minha cara dizendo que não podiam fazer nada. Lugar de amadores, verdadeiro açougue.
Bad location
I took my dog for hygienic grooming, they delivered him home with a bruised eye, I couldn't even open it, I went back with him to the store and I was told that there was nothing and if it had hurt it would have been at my house. I went to the vet and he said that the eye had a burn, and he probably won't see that eye anymore.
Get away from this place, the worst thing is that they still mocked me saying they couldn't do anything. Amateurs' place, true butcher shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom. Levei meu cão tomado banho, sem nó para tosar e o mesmo voltou muito dolorido, depois de quase 3 horas nesse local. Está com as partes intima machucada, até agendei veterinário . Antes não era assim. Chegou a morder meu filho, está muito nervoso e não quer que ninguém coloque a mão nele dede de o dia da tosa.
It was good. I took my dog bathed, without a knot to trim and it came back very sore, after almost 3 hours in that place. His parts are bruised, I even booked a vet. It wasn't like that before. He got to bite my son, he's very nervous and he doesn't want anyone to put his hand on him after the day of the grooming.
