★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência,me senti sendo atendida por garotos da 8° serie ,despreparados e sem o minimo de empatia,com as situações principalmente para os estrangeiros ,com tantos funcionários jovens nenhum com noções básicas de inglês ,foram rude demais ao abordar o estrangeiro ,sem vontade se se fazer entender . . . Péssimo atendimento só dei 1 estrela pq fui obrigada ,mas pra mim é -10 ,precisam de aulas de empatia
 It was a bad experience, I felt I was being attended by 8th grade boys, unprepared and without the minimum of empathy, with situations mainly for foreigners, with so many young employees, none with basic notions of English, they were too rude to approach the foreigner , unwilling to make himself understood. . . Bad service I only gave 1 star because I had to, but for me it's -10, they need empathy classes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz 14 dias úteis e 19 dias corridos que foi solicitada uma certidão de inteiro teor e até o momento o Cartório não fez o envio. Detalhe que todas as custas já foram pagas inclusive o sedex.
It has been 14 working days and 19 calendar days since a full content certificate was requested and so far the Notary has not sent it. Detail that all costs have already been paid including the ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular place of this type. Not very clean, but not too busy. Not very well maintained, but relatively well trained staff. The waiting area has some space but the chairs are worn out. But in the end, it's kind of what you expect at these places.
