★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Me fizeram sentir uma mãe sem "direitos". Saí de lá e chorei muito.
Isso porque não pude mudar o meu nome (voltei a assinar o nome de solteira depois do divórcio) na certidão de uma filha minha.
Tenho 3 filhas e as outras duas que foram registradas em outro cartório pude fazer a modificação sem problemas e questionamentos.
Neste cartório me fizeram sentir muito mal.
Ainda estou pensando no que farei com isso.
 Horrible experience. They made me feel like a mother without "rights". I left there and cried a lot.
That's because I couldn't change my name (I re-signed my maiden name after the divorce) on my daughter's birth certificate.
I have 3 daughters and the other two that were registered in another notary's office, I was able to make the modification without problems and questions.
In this office they made me feel very bad.
I'm still thinking what to do with it.

Opção de ir em outro lugar, faça isso, parece todos estão te fazendo um favor. Um descaso, um absurdo, nem em hospital público fui tão mal tratada de forma reiterada.

Option to go somewhere else, do that, it seems everyone is doing you a favor. A negligence, an absurdity, not even in a public hospital I was repeatedly treated so poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei algumas vezes na sequencia e consegui ser atendida. A demanda é alta por isto o telefone está sempre ocupado. Precisa persistir. A atendente foi gentil nas minhas solicitações. O cartório precisava contratar mais funcionários.
I tried a few times in a row and got through. Demand is high so the phone is always busy. Need to persist. The attendant was kind to my requests. The registry needed to hire more staff.

muito mal Educada, queria que a SRA Tereza fizesse um trabalho regular com as documentações que ela apresentou, com os documentos vencidos Rasgados sem Procuração sem nexo......ai não da para funcionaria fazer o serviço para ser Prejudicada..... Toda Vez que vou ao Cartório e sou Atendido Pela SRA Tereza Ela me Atende com bastante Educação bastante atenciosa.... essa SRA QUE Fez essa Reclamação dele Aqui no GLOOGLE TEM DE ENTEDER O LADO DOS FUNCIONARIOS NE FICA ADICA.....Obrigado Tereza pelos Serviços prestados a NÓS CLIENTES......
