★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos uma avaliação do imóvel com 5 apartamentos e mais ponto comercial, o mesmo foi investido mais de 500 mil só na construção a 7 anos atrás fora o valor dos lotes e entrega um aluguel de R$ 6.500 por mês e esta em uma excelente localização, porem em uma avaliação de menos de 30 minutos falaram que o imóvel valeria uns 900 mil reais, então liguei para saber da avaliação de 30 minutos e eles disseram que iria voltar para fazer uma avaliação mais precisa, porem por telefone já me falaram que só deveria valer uns 600 mil já depreciaram mais 300 mil sem ir fazer a nova avaliação então nos sentimos ate ofendidos com isso, é muito fácil depreciar o que alguém investiu tanto tempo e dinheiro. Sinto muito mas não confio na avaliações de vocês! Talvez vão ate deletar este post mas fica aqui bem claro que esta avaliação esta bem errada.
