Fui transferida para a Tuane que me falou que ia prosseguir meu atendimento. Então eu passei o codigo da cotação e ela me deixou falando sozinha, simplesmente não me respondeu. Se é assim para uma cotação imagine se precisar para algum socorro? Jamais fecharia seguro com uma empresa desta.
It includes the car data and my personal data for an insurance quote, so I was directed to whatsapp with the quote code. I was transferred to Tuane who told me that she was going to continue my care. So I passed the quote code and she left me talking to myself, she just didn't answer me. If so for a quote, imagine if you need some help? I would never take out insurance with a company like this.
