★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentidão excessiva no atendimento mesmo em momento de baixo fluxo. Assim que inaugurado o atendimento era rápido e muito bom. Agora demora-se quase 2 horas pra se conseguir emitir uma procuração. A senha de procuração inicial que é para preenchimento do rascunho já é bastante demorada. Depois mandam vc tirar outra senha pra voltar com o documento conferido e corrigir os erros. Esperei mais 30 min pra devolver o documento num cartorio com pouco movimento com 16 guichês mas que só funcionam 7. É a segunda vez nesse mês que venho aqui e foi a mesma coisa. Já foi bom, hoje em dia está muito, mas muito ruim.
Excessive delay in service even at low flow times. Once opened, service was fast and very good. Now it takes almost 2 hours to be able to issue a power of attorney. The initial power of attorney password for filling out the draft is already quite time-consuming. Then they tell you to take another password to return with the document checked and correct the errors. I waited another 30 minutes to return the document to a registry office with little movement with 16 windows but only 7. It's the second time this month that I've come here and it was the same thing. It used to be good, nowadays it's really, really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo. Desde a recepçao até a gerencia que fazem pouco caso com os clientes. E é um serviço mal prestado. Agem com mau-humor. Na camisa amarela deles tem escrito "cordialidade"...essa palavra fica somente na camisa.
Fui em busca do serviço de procuraçao.

Ao chegar peguei a senha às 11:21 e 12:10 nao havia chamado ninguem.
Fui ate o coordenador Jean e o mesmo nao me atendeu, nao deixou nem eu falar para tomar conhecimento do que se tratava minha reclamação. Pediu para que procurasse a outra coordenadora Marilene...a mesma estava ocupada...ou seja, nao tinha ninguem que pudessemos registrar nossa indiguinacao com o pessimo atendimento.
É um serviço caro e que nao ha eficiencia no atendimento.
Sugiro rever os processos.
E você que vai lá nao recomendo...a não ser que esteja com tempo para morfar.
Terrible service. From reception to management who have little regard for customers. And it's a poorly rendered service. They act in a bad mood. On their yellow shirt is written "cordiality"... that word is only on the shirt.

When I arrived I got the password at 11:21 and 12:10 I hadn't called anyone.
I went to the coordinator Jean and he didn't see me, he didn't even let me speak to find out what my complaint was about. He asked her to look for another coordinator, Marilene...she was busy...that is, there was no one who could register our indiguination with the terrible service.
It is an expensive service and there is no efficient service.
I suggest reviewing the processes.
And I don't recommend you going there... unless you have time to morph.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local amplo, com bastante assentos para as pessoas aguardarem o atendimento, porém foi bem rápido o atendimento no local, não estava cheio, estacionamento parei na rua devido não achar vaga na frente do local e paguei a zona azul.
Large place, with plenty of seats for people to wait for service, but service was very fast at the place, it wasn't full, parking I stopped on the street because I couldn't find a space in front of the place and I paid for the blue zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 13h para um simples serviço de cadastro no e-notariado, o local estava vazio e mesmo assim precisei esperar por mais de uma hora, porque a ÚNICA pessoa (acreditem, só há 1 pesssoa pra fazer tal serviço) estava no seu justo horário de almoço. Como pode um tabelionato desse porte liberar funcionário para almoço sem um substituto que cubra o serviço?
I arrived at 1 pm for a simple registration service at the e-notary office, the place was empty and even then I had to wait for more than an hour, because the ONLY person (believe me, there is only 1 person to do such a service) was at his right time of lunch. How can a notary of this size release an employee for lunch without a replacement to cover the service?
