 Very bad service. The lady who works at the counter is rude to deal with the public. I hope I don't have to go back to this office.

Super quiet place, super polite and communicative staff. They are to be congratulated. I read a lot of negative comments here, but I have only one thing to say, for me it was a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliando com uma estrela pq não é possível deixar zerado. Durante todo o dia apenas 1 atendente. Além de ser Inviável, é ultrajante. O pior de tudo é que é um serviço essencial, e precisamos nos submeter a isso. Certamente não indico.
Rating with one star because it is not possible to leave zero. All day only 1 attendant. In addition to being Infeasible, it's outrageous. Worst of all, it's an essential service, and we have to submit to it. I certainly don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Cartório informa que o atendimento é mediante "agendamento". Entretanto, você passa o dia inteiro ligando para agendar e não consegue, porque eles não atendem. Seria o agendamento via telepatia ou já evolui para a Metaverso?
The Notary informs that the service is by "scheduling". However, you spend the whole day calling to schedule an appointment and you can't, because they don't answer. Would the scheduling be via telepathy or has it already evolved into the Metaverse?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como colocam cartório em péssima localização, tirou de Nazaré um lugar movimentado. Tá horrível.. essa mudança não facilitou pra muitos, tem que sair de Nazaré pra ir ao GARCIA.. OU COMÉRCIO OU TANCREDO NEVES. DIFÍCIL.
As they place the registry office in a bad location, it took a busy place from Nazaré. It's horrible.. this change didn't make it easy for many, they have to leave Nazaré to go to GARCIA.. OR COMÉRCIO OR TANCREDO NEVES. DIFFICULT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constrangedor e indigno o tratamento que o cartório dispensa aos cidadãos e contribuintes do Estado da Bahia. Instalação sem circulação de ar ou refrigeração, funcionários infelizes e ineficazes, filas gigantescas, quebra frequente no equipamento de dispensa de senhas, alegações de lentidão no sistema enquanto dezenas de pessoas aguardam. Uma vergonha. Tribunal de Justiça não pode chancelar um atendimento desse.
Embarrassing and undignified the treatment that the registry gives to citizens and taxpayers of the State of Bahia. Installation without air circulation or refrigeration, unhappy and ineffective employees, gigantic queues, frequent breakdown of ticket dispensing equipment, allegations of system slowness while dozens of people wait. A shame. Court of Justice cannot endorse such a service.
