★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento do tabelião Gilberto. Bastante ágil e profissional. Para emissão de algumas declarações, o cartório está trabalhando com agendamento, e validação da minuta por e-mail, o que agiliza muito o processo. Pagamento, conferência dos documentos e assinatura do livro são feitos presencialmente no dia agendado, o que no nosso caso levou somente 15 minutos.
 Excellent service from the notary Gilberto. Very agile and professional. To issue some declarations, the notary is working with scheduling, and validating the draft by e-mail, which greatly speeds up the process. Payment, checking of documents and signing of the book are done in person on the scheduled day, which in our case took only 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo ! Este Cartório não permitiu a utilização do E-Notariado para venda de um terreno. Tivemos que ir presencialmente até o Cartório para assinar uma venda do terreno, em tempos de pandemia.
Absurd! This Notary Office did not allow the use of E-Notary for the sale of land. We had to go in person to the Notary to sign a sale of the land, in times of a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nao posso comentar sobre os outros servicos, mas com relacao a processo de inventario esse cartorio eh um verdadeiro show de horrores. Eles colocam tantos obstaculos e burocracia que o processo correu por 3 anos ate que finalmente resolvemos procurar outro cartorio. A gota d'agua foi quando o tabeliao disse que nao abria mao de uma das exigencias dele mesmo tendo sido comprovado que ele estava indo contra a lei.
I cannot comment on the other services, but in terms of the inventory process, this registry office is a real horror show. They put so many obstacles and bureaucracy that the process ran for 3 years until we finally decided to look for another registry office. The final straw was when the notary said that he would not give up one of his demands even though it had been proven that he was going against the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrado meu descontentamento com o cartório, pois liguei algumas vezes para me certificar de que faziam o certificado digital e em todas elas me disseram que não (infelizmente não anotei o nome da moça, mas é a responsável pelo serviço). Mesmo sendo cliente e com firma aberta há anos aí, tive que me deslocar em um cartório mais distante, que confirmou o que outro cartório já havia me dito: que desde o início da pandemia, todos os cartórios de notas fazem o certificado digital, e que é gratuito. Será por isso que negaram o serviço? Fora a má vontade da moça... Mesmo que fizessem o serviço eu não iria com medo de zicar o trabalho. Mas se é obrigatório, deveriam ao mesmo dar as informações corretas ao cliente.
I want to register my dissatisfaction with the registry office, as I called a few times to make sure they did the digital certificate and in all of them they told me no (unfortunately I didn't write down the girl's name, but she is responsible for the service). Even though I have been a client and have had a firm open for years there, I had to go to a more distant notary, which confirmed what another notary had already told me: that since the beginning of the pandemic, all notary offices make the digital certificate, and which is free. Is that why they denied the service? Apart from the girl's ill will... Even if they did the job, I wouldn't go there, afraid of screwing up the work. But if it is mandatory, they should at the same time give the correct information to the customer.
