Não frequente esse lugar

Mal deixam você terminar de falar o que precisa e já transferem a ligação pra outro ramal. E também atendem com má vontade, parecem que não queriam estar trabalhando.
Que tal treinar os funcionários para serem mais educados? :)
I've been calling for 1 year to resolve issues with the company I work for and I've never been well attended.
They barely let you finish saying what you need and they transfer the call to another extension. And they also attend grudgingly, they seem like they didn't want to be working.
How about training employees to be more polite? :)

Por telefone "sim fazemos s/ precisar agendar". Pessoalmente a funcionária começou atender "questionando o motivo de eu não ter feito (o que ela deveria estar fazendo) em outro local"...Bem característico de quem não quer atender 1 solicitação específica, mas que não levaria mais de 5 minutos e lá era e é o local onde se deve efetuar esse tipo de atendimento.
No momento o Cartório não tinha nem 5 pessoas na fila,

Notary not prepared to attend e-notorious. Lack of competence, unwillingness to serve or learn? It can be all options.
By phone "yes we do without needing to make an appointment". Personally, the employee began to respond "by asking why I hadn't done it (what she should be doing) in another place"... Very characteristic of someone who doesn't want to respond to a specific request, but it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes and there it was and is the place where this type of service should be provided.
At the moment, the Registry didn't even have 5 people in line,

O cartório deu um prazo para me entregar um documento, não cumpriu e isso acarretou vários outros custos.
Péssimo atendimento, tratam as pessoas como se estivessem fazendo um favor, mas eu paguei pelo documento e enviaram tudo errado.
Não recomendo.
Bad experience.
The notary's office gave me a deadline to deliver a document, but it didn't meet and this entailed several other costs.
Bad service, they treat people as if they were doing a favor, but I paid for the document and they sent everything wrong.
I do not recommend.
