★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no dia 11/12/19 e logo na chegada senti falta de um estacionamento próprio do cartório (há um no local, porém é terceirizado e por isto cobrado).
Na entrada do cartório há um rapaz que atende e entrega senha. O cartório estava vazio e fui atendida rápido.
Para pagamento do documento, aceitaram débito automático, só senti falta do recibo (embora eu não solicitei, mas também não me ofereceram).
Porém antes de me dirigir até o local, eu liguei logo cedo, assim que o cartório abriu, para confirmar se o registro/matrícula de um imóvel estava mesmo neste cartório (a escritura mostrava que sim), a atendente me solicitou o Cep do local do imóvel e me garantiu que lá não estava, mas me orientou que estava no 9° cartório.
Para minha surpresa, me dirigi ao 9°, e lá me disseram que não estava e sim deveria estar realmente no 16°.
Com esta experiência aprendi, anote o nome do atendente "sempre".
O atendimento telefônico neste caso me prejudicou!
 I was on 11/12/19 and soon on arrival missed a parking lot of the notary's office (there is one on site, but is outsourced and therefore charged).
At the entrance of the notary there is a boy who answers and delivers password. The office was empty and I was answered quickly.
For payment of the document, accepted automatic debit, I just missed the receipt (although I did not request, but also did not offer me).
But before driving to the place, I called early, as soon as the notary opened, to confirm if the registration / registration of a property was really in this notary (the deed showed yes), the attendant asked me the zip code of the place of the property and assured me it was not there, but advised me that it was in the 9th registry office.
To my surprise, I drove to the 9th, and there I was told that I was not and should really be 16th.
From this experience I learned, write down the name of the attendant "always".
The phone service in this case hurt me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisarem de algum documento deste cartório não faça o pedido on line. Se você tiver qualquer problema, como eu tive, eles não irão te ajudar. Paguei por duas certidões digitais, me enviaram um e-mail com o link que me direcionava para uma página em branco. Ao entrar em contato para pedir ajuda, simplesmente falaram para eu resolver sozinha ou pedir uma certidão pessoalmente (pagando novamente, claro!).
If you need any documents from this office, do not order online. If you have any problems, as I did, they will not help you. I paid for two digital certificates, they sent me an email with the link that directed me to a blank page. When contacting to ask for help, they simply told me to solve it myself or ask for a certificate in person (paying again, of course!).

Talvez me respondam por aqui , Estou com termo de quitação de Imovel em mão e preciso averbar , preciso saber se haverá custos e quais os valores .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no 16º Cartório de Registro de Imóveis. (Rua Pamplona, nº.1.593)
Fui verificar os requisitos necessários para fazer o registro de um imóvel.
O atendimento foi bom, porém senti um pouco de vontade na orientação do atendente, eles falam com pressa, parece que estão cansados de explicar aos clientes. Enfim, para quem tem interesse os requisitos necessários para fazer o registro são: Escritura definitiva (Cartório de Notas), ITBI e IPTU do ano.
Quanto as despesas para fazer o registro o atendente informou que o valor é baseado no valor da escritura. Para quem tiver curiosidade no meu caso, um imóvel de aproximadamente R$ 720.000,00 (Setecentos e vinte mil reais), o valor aproximado para fazer o registro é de R$ 2.600,00 (Dois mil e seiscentos reais). Vale lembrar que esses valores podem ser atualizados de acordo com a tabela de preço.
Quanto a forma de pagamento, o cartório aceita cheques, debito ou dinheiro.

Regarding the expenses to make the registration the attendant informed that the value is based on the value of the deed. Eu e minha esposa fizemos um financiamento no âmbito do SFH, em relação ao qual a lei confere redução de 50% dos emolumentos na primeira aquisição, porém o cartório quis cobrar os emolumentos integrais, indo contra cláusula expressa do contrato. Precisamos ingressar com o procedimento de dúvida, que foi remetido à Vara de Registros Públicos, tendo a juíza corregedora sentenciado a nosso favor para dizer o óbvio. Só que nisso foram 3 meses sem poder registrar o contrato e concluir o negócio (os vendedores dependiam do registro para receber os recursos financiados). Mesmo eu tendo ido ao cartório e levado a resolução do Conselho Monetário Nacional que disciplina o SFH, insistiram em negar a natureza do contrato, "pescando" cláusulas para tentarem nos negar benefícios legalmente previstos. E a senhora Oficial não atende ninguém, seja apresentante ou advogado... está lá só para receber seus gordos emolumentos. Uma lástima!
Terrible office! My wife and I took out financing under the SFH, in relation to which the law grants a 50% reduction in the fees on the first acquisition, but the notary wanted to charge the full fees, going against the express clause of the contract. We need to enter the doubt procedure, which was sent to the Public Records Court, and the magistrate judge ruled in our favor to state the obvious. But in that it was 3 months without being able to register the contract and conclude the deal (sellers depended on the registration to receive the financed resources). Even though I went to the registry office and took the resolution of the National Monetary Council that disciplines the SFH, they insisted on denying the nature of the contract, "fishing" clauses to try to deny us legally foreseen benefits. And the official lady doesn't answer anyone, whether a presenter or a lawyer... she's just there to collect her hefty emoluments. A pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre, este cartorio deixa a desejar no serviço prestado, novamente por erro interno precisei esperar mais de 30 minutos para retificação de uma cobrança indevida por um documento não solicitado e avisado que não era necessário no momento da prenotação. Já é a quarta vez que acontece. E pra completar a pessoa que veio fazer a entrega ainda é mal educada querendo alegar que o erro seria meu.
Só para deixar claro que o atendente do balcão foi educudado, solícitoe entendeu o meu posicionamento no momento
As always, this registry leaves something to be desired in the service provided, again due to an internal error I had to wait more than 30 minutes to rectify an undue charge for an unsolicited and warned document that was not necessary at the time of prenotation. It's the fourth time it's happened. And to complete the person who came to make the delivery is still rude wanting to claim that the mistake would be mine.
Just to make it clear that the counter attendant was polite, helpful and understood my position at the time
