Na primeira o inspetor criou alguns óbices...na segunda O DELEGADO falou coisas como que o Registro traria mais problemas para que que para o autor do fato, que não tinha como provarem o dolo e que tinham um flagrante para fazer e não poderiam fazer o registro dela.
