★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, lerdo, isso porque fui em um dia sem movimento e fiquei mais de 1 hora só pra pegar a 2° via, em pleno 2022 só aceita pagamento se for dinheiro ou débito, prédio antigo, meio sujo ... dá medo...
Too bad, slow, that's because I went on a day with no movement and stayed more than 1 hour just to get the 2nd way, in the middle of 2022 they only accept payment if it's cash or debit, old building, kinda dirty... it's scary. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento cordial. Funcionários educados. Processo PÉSSIMO 50 minutos para emitir uma certidão de nascimento?. Apesar da gentileza dos funcionários, embora só 4 pessoas estavam na minha frente demorou 50 minutos para emitir meu documento. Falta de respeito com o cidadão. Sendo monopólio fica difícil. Só eles emitem a tal certidão.... Aí ficamos sujeitos a boa vontade deles.
****COM RELAÇÃO A RESPOSTA DO CARTÓRIO
Não há averbações. SÓ QUERIA CÓPIA DE CERTIDÃO DE NASCIMENTO. Quanto ao prazo legal de 5 dias. E mais ridículo ainda. Ter que enfrentar um serviço mal prestado, (cordial, mas leeeeeerrrrddddooooo) e receber a justificativa que ainda foram ágeis (afinal não levaram os 5 dias de direito). Pena que nos mortais precisamos nos submeter a monopólios como este. Certamente a INCOMPETÊNCIA. Não teria exito se não fosse agraciada com a mamata da exclusividade. Ridícula resposta.... Pelo menos deveriam ser mais criativos nas respostas....
Cordial service. Polite staff. POOR process 50 minutes to issue a birth certificate?. Despite the kindness of staff, although only 4 people were in front of me it took 50 minutes to issue my document. Lack of respect for the citizen. Being a monopoly is difficult. Only they issue such a certificate.... Then we are subject to their good will.
**** WITH REGARD TO THE REGISTRY'S RESPONSE
There are no endorsements. I JUST WANTED A COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. As for the legal deadline of 5 days. And even more ridiculous. Having to face a poorly rendered service, (cordial, but leeeeeerrrddddooooo) and receive the justification that they were still quick (after all, they didn't take the right 5 days). Too bad we mortals have to submit to monopolies like this. Certainly INCOMPETENCE. It wouldn't have succeeded if it weren't given the bounty of exclusivity. Ridiculous answer.... At least they should be more creative in their answers....
