★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem ao telefone... Inclusive parece que tiram o telefone do gancho... Vc liga, chama chama e ninguém atende. A ligação caiu. Você liga de novo e da "ocupado". Mas no caso é fora do gancho mesmo! Aí vc liga de novo... E continua a chamar... A pessoa que mora longe tem que gastar dinheiro de passagem pra poder ter uma informação...
They don't answer the phone... It even seems like they take the phone off the hook... You call, call and no one answers. The call dropped. You call again and it says "busy". But in this case it's off the hook! Then you call again... And keep calling... The person who lives far away has to spend money on tickets to get information...

Ma vontade explicita. Se escondem atrás da incompetência. Minha filha está há 3 meses tentando resolver a situação do título dela e nada.
Terrible attendance. They should close this agency. People get paid for not working.
But explicit will. They hide behind incompetence. My daughter has been trying to resolve her title situation for 3 months and nothing.
