muito ruim , já esta fazendo 6 meses que estou tentando agendar para troca do meu titulo e da minha esposa , e sempre a informação que não tem vaga , por favor tomem uma providência para liberar atendimento para a população .uma simples mudança de município .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz pouco mais de oito meses que me mudei para SPA e acho uma vergonha esse cartório. A única vez que consegui marcar um horário para transferir o meu título, fui até lá e chegando um funcionário(a) me perguntou a quanto tempo eu morava aqui, eu informei que faziam dois meses, e a pessoa me disse que teria que ter mais de 3 meses residindo para transferir (sem que eu mostrasse nenhum comprovante de residência). Eu perguntei então, se eu tivesse dito que morava a mais tempo, se ela faria a transferência do meu título e a resposta foi que sim. (Com a maior falta de vontade de trabalhar, pois para mim não passou de preguiça)
Ou seja, eu fui sincera, e não consegui fazer o que eu precisava. Depois desse dia, fazem pelo menos seis meses que eu tento marcar um horário sequer para transferir o título e NUNCA tem vaga.
Hoje é uma das terças feiras que eu tento e novamente não tenho sucesso!
Obs: Só coloquei uma estrela para conseguir postar, sem a estrela não daria. Então só deixando bem claro, não merece NEM UMA estrela!
It was just over eight months ago that I moved to SPA and I find this office a shame. The only time I managed to make an appointment to transfer my title, I went there and an employee asked me how long I lived here, I informed them that it had been two months, and the person said that I would have to have more 3 months residing to transfer (without showing proof of residence). I asked then, if I had said that I lived longer, if she would transfer my title and the answer was yes. (With the greatest lack of desire to work, because for me it was nothing more than laziness)
In other words, I was sincere, and I was unable to do what I needed. After that day, it's been at least six months since I've tried to make an appointment to transfer the title and NEVER has a vacancy.
Today is one of the Tuesdays I try and again I am not successful!
Obs: I only put a star to be able to post, without the star it wouldn't work. So just to make it very clear, you don't even deserve ONE star!
