The service starts bad on the phone, I called 15 times to get information, no one answers. Looks like you're asking for favors (even paying). They hang up in your face, even though it works until 3pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, apenas 3 funcionários trabalhando, uma falta de agilidade e uma tremenda falta de respeito com todos. Fiquei 3 horas esperando só para emitir um novo registro, um absurdo.
Terrible service, only 3 employees working, a lack of agility and a tremendous lack of respect for everyone. I was waiting 3 hours just to issue a new registration, absurd.
