★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom lugar, só não gostei da regra que mesmo vc já sabendo o defeito , eles não dizem o valor do conserto. Tem que passar pelo técnico deles pra fazerem o orçamento, e se vc não gostar do preço, vc paga 50,00 reais pelo técnico ter dito qual era o defeito mesmo vc já sabendo qual era antes.
A good place, I just didn’t like the rule that even though you already know the defect, they don’t say the amount of the repair. You have to go through their technician to make the budget, and if you don't like the price, you pay 50.00 reais for the technician to have said what the defect was even though you already knew what it was before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 120 reais para trocarem meu analógico esquerdo do controle Xbox one, eles me entregaram dentro de 20 dias é ao pegar o controle em três dias o analógico apresentou problema, levei para a garantia mais de 4 vezes é o controle sempre voltava a minha mão com o mesmo problema, sempre era isso,pegava o controle e dentro de 3 dias ele ficava ruim novamente, fiquei indo direto até a loja e problema dizia ser resolvido é depois de 3 dias ele aparecia novamente... péssimo serviço

Perguntei o nome desse vendedor e o mesmo recusou a dar e permitiu tirar foto dele. Tirei e vou tomar as providência cabíveis. Péssimo atendimento!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, deixei meu console pra ajeitar xbox one s e me deram 15 dias para me passa o orçamento e demorou um mês e 15 dias ,cem fala que meu console chegou acendendo dava um bipe desligava, me passaram um orçamento no valor $750 reais eu autorizei o serviço, me passaram mas um prazo pra entrega e não foi comprido e toda vez que eu ligava para eles diziam que já estava na loja mas não tinha passado no teste "ele continuava se desligando" e isso me passavam mas prazo pra entregar mas tudo bem ,depois de uns meses ,eles me ligou afirmando que o meu console não prestou ,quando eu chego pra pega o meu console me entregaram " não me cobram nada " mas também o console que acendia agora nem isso tá fazendo muito triste com essa loja pensando que por ser uma loja no shopping bem estruturada iria me sai bem ! Meus amigos não cometam eu erro não vá pela aparência
