★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sem excelência. Não cumprem prazos, horários. Foram 06 meses para assinatura de uma simples escritura e no dia foram 02 horas de atraso do combinado e ainda fizeram documentos com erros . Não recomendo.
Service without excellence. Do not meet deadlines, schedules. It took 06 months to sign a simple deed and on the day there were 02 hours of delay in the agreement and they still made documents with errors. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito ruim, demora demais pra atender, os docs que sao solicitados demoram demais... não atendem como deveriam, mas o valor cobrado é sempre o mesmo (tabela)... nunca fui tão mal atendida, não é pelos funcionarios mas pelo SERVIÇO demora muito retorno de docs./escrituras e demais
very bad, it takes too long to answer, the docs that are requested take too long... they don't answer as they should, but the amount charged is always the same (table)... I've never been so poorly served, not by the staff but by the SERVICE it takes a long time to return documents/deeds and so on
