Dependências mal conservadas, desconfortáveis e sem limpeza agradável.
Atendimento pouco prestativo e pouco educado (conceitos básicos de educação parecem não ter aplicação).
Embora seja um "serviço público", deixam a impressão de que estão nos fazendo um favor.
Para se ter ideia, a certidão de nascimento do meu filho foi entregue sem qualquer envelope, como se fosse um folder de mercado.
Eu fujo desse Cartório. Só vou quando sou obrigado.
Rezo para que, muito em breve, as coisas mudem.

Dependencies poorly maintained, uncomfortable and without pleasant cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e prejuízo ao usar o serviço deste cartório ,registrei meu filho a escrevente colocou um sobrenome a mais no nome da Vó, fui pedir pra corrigir o erro me cobraram 148,07 $ paguei pois moro a 70 km do local pra não perder a viagem,eles erram e a gente paga pelo erro deles ,não é certo isso, fora o mal atendimento, eles te atendem conversando uns com os outros assuntos da vida a parte lamentável ,o cliente que gera a renda do cartório é muito mal atendido,lamentável!
Bad experience and loss when using this notary's service, I registered my son, the clerk added an extra surname to Grandma's name, I went to ask to correct the mistake they charged me 148.07 $ I paid because I live 70 km from the place so I don't lose my trip, they make mistakes and we pay for their mistake, that's not right, apart from the bad service, they serve you talking to each other about life matters the regrettable part, the client who generates the notary's income is very poorly attended, unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento amador, esquecem que são prestadores de serviços e não fazem nada obrigado, existe um custo alto para tudo. Solicitado 2 doc no mesmo dia e deram 5 dias úteis p retirar. No dia estipulado só 1 doc estava pronto e alegaram que era 7 dias para CADA doc e teria q voltar após mais uma semana . Aí não dá. Tão de brincadeira . Alguém de bom senso resolveu após discussão . Respeito ao consumidor acima de tudo
Amateur service, they forget that they are service providers and do nothing, thank you, there is a high cost for everything. Requested 2 doc on the same day and gave 5 business days to pick up. On the stipulated day only 1 doc was ready and they claimed it was 7 days for EACH doc and would have to come back after another week. That's not okay. So kidding. Someone with common sense resolved it after discussion. Respect for the consumer above all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse cartório é uma piada. Além de um amadorismo horrível, o atendimento é um verdadeiro lixo. Visitei recentemente para tirar segunda-via de uma certidão, e os "atendentes" estavam muito ocupados conferindo perfis de Instagram e contando fofocas do final de semana para atender a enorme fila que estava se formando. Depois de quase uma hora esperando, quando chamaram minha senha, fui informado pela atendente, com zero vontade de trabalhar e zero educação, que o sistema de pedidos de certidões estava fora e não tinha previsão para retorno. Disse que eles deveriam fixar um aviso bem legível sobre a situação, pois tive uma enorme perda de tempo, com o carro no estacionamento pago, e ela me respondeu apontando para um aviso que dizia que estava fora o sistema mas, pasmem, com a data de resolução três dias antes e nenhuma atualização, ainda querendo se achar certa. Se fosse uma empresa privada regular, já teria fechado com um atendimento porco como esse. Uma vergonha para o cartorário que tem esse bando de preguiçosos trabalhando.
This office is a joke. In addition to a horrible amateurism, the service is real rubbish. I visited recently to get a copy of a certificate, and the "attendants" were too busy checking Instagram profiles and sharing weekend gossip to attend to the huge queue that was forming. After waiting almost an hour, when they called my password, I was informed by the attendant, with zero desire to work and zero education, that the certificate order system was out and there was no forecast for return. I said that they should post a very readable notice about the situation, as I had a huge waste of time, with the car in the paid parking, and she replied pointing to a notice that said that the system was out but, amazingly, with the date resolution three days ago and no update, still wanting to be right. If it were a regular private company, it would have already closed with a lousy service like this. Shame on the registry office that has this bunch of lazy people working.
