★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, paguei por um serviço e recebi outro, solicitei 2 certidões recebi 1, pedi AR, enviaram SEDEX falta de comunicação fazem de acordo com seus interesse, sequer consultam cliente. Enfim não obtive o serviço que realmente solicitei, demora absurda, eu que tive que reclamar e gastei um valor a mais por um serviço não solicitado SEDEX.
Unfortunately, I paid for a service and received another, requested 2 certificates received 1, requested AR, sent SEDEX lack of communication do according to their interest, not even consult customer. Anyway I did not get the service I actually requested, it's absurd delay, I had to complain and spent an extra amount for an unsolicited SEDEX service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. Precisei retificar duas certidões, eles levaram 3 dias... Sendo que em outros cartórios leva de 5 dias até mesmo 3 semanas. Atendimento pelo WhatsApp e presencialmente muito bom também. O cartório é limpo, organizado. Exemplar.
Great. I needed to rectify two certificates, they took 3 days... And in other registries it takes 5 days or even 3 weeks. Service through WhatsApp and very good in person too. The registry office is clean, organized. Exemplary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem as ligações e não respondem email, mas isso não é só o cartório, é todos os órgãos públicos da cidade. Falaram que atendem pelo whatsapp mas não consigo achar esse número pra chamar.
They never answer calls and don't answer emails, but that's not just the registry office, it's all the city's public bodies. They said they answer by whatsapp but I can't find this number to call.
