★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feijoada muito mal feita. Chegou fria e com a couve murcha. Além disso,praticamente não passou de um feijão com pedacinhos de cenoura e fiapos de cogumelo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fiz um pedido e me arrependi totalmente, péssima, pedi pelo app e veio com um gosto horrível de comida velha e ainda era congelada e quando esquentei estava cheia de água.
Mostram o que não vendem. Nunca mais peço e nem indico. Perdi meu dinheiro e fiquei sem almoço.
I just made one request and I totally regretted it, I asked for the app and it came with a horrible taste of old food and it was still frozen and when I heated it it was full of water.
Show what they don't sell. I never ask or indicate again. I lost my money and ran out of lunch.

Não davam uma rodela de cenoura! A couve mineira murcha, o arroz frio. Aliás, a comida estava fria. Experiência desagradável! Não valeu a pena! Uma porção miserê. Pior experiência no Ifood até aqui.
We bought the vegan feijoada today and were disappointed! He says there are vegetables in the feijoada... A few micro pieces of carrots, minced in the smallest possible size! They didn't give a slice of carrots! Withered Minas cabbage, cold rice. In fact, the food was cold. Unpleasant experience! Not worth it! A miserê portion. Worst experience on Ifood so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vocês perderam dois clientes em um dia, fazia uma média de 3 pedidos por semana- ticket médio R$ 90,00 (tinha até fidelidade no IFOOD) e mandaram meu pedido errado, ao invés de arroz a grega mandaram um arroz de couve flor que estava simplesmente HORRÍVEL, quando perguntei se poderiam enviar o pedido de novo falaram que enviariam apenas o arroz a grega sendo que almoço dentro de um escritório e aqui não tenho como esquentar nada! Atendimento PÉSSIMO, o mínimo que deveria ter sido feito era mandar o pedido todo novamente já que o erro foi de vocês e não meu! 2 marias itaim bibi não verá mais a cor do meu dinheiro!!! LAMENTÁVEL!!!!!!!
Today you lost two customers in one day, I made an average of 3 orders per week - average ticket R$ 90.00 (I even had loyalty in IFOOD) and you sent my order wrong, instead of rice the Greek sent a cauliflower rice which was simply HORRIBLE, when I asked if they could send the order again they said they would only send the rice to the Greek and I have lunch in an office and here I can't heat anything! POOR service, the least that should have been done was to send the entire order again as the error was yours and not mine! 2 marias itaim bibi will no longer see the color of my money!!! UNFORTUNATE!!!!!!!
