O atendimento foi excelente, as condições da ambulância, dos equipamentos, os cuidados - principalmente agora nesse tempo de Pandemia do COVID-19 que requer maior atenção, foi extraordinário!! Parabéns a todos envolventes, incluindo o enfermeiro Nando que enviava fotos e vídeos relatando tudo durante o trajeto e a chegada ao hospital, ao Felipe que nos atendeu no telefone e foi responsável pela organização dessa contratação e por cada um dos outros que fizeram parte desse atendimento! Gratidão por tudo, a minha tia avó amou e se sentiu muito acolhida! Super recomendamos!! ????????
 We had to request an ambulance for my great aunt, taking her to Campinas and after a few days returning to SP Capital. The service was excellent, the ambulance conditions, the equipment, the care - especially now in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic that requires more attention, it was extraordinary !! Congratulations to everyone involved, including nurse Nando who sent photos and videos reporting everything during the journey and arrival at the hospital, to Felipe who answered us on the phone and was responsible for organizing this hiring and for each of the others who were part of this service ! Grateful for everything, my aunt loved it and felt very welcomed! Super recommend !! ????????

O atendimento superou nossas expectativas, de forma que, nesta semana, solicitamos novamente, dando preferência aos mesmos profissionais: Nando e Aristeu.
Aristeu: condutor da ambulância, cauteloso, atencioso, ajudando também a paciente na acomodação para a remoção.
Nando: enfermeiro, dispensou toda a atenção durante o trajeto, com muita responsabilidade e dedicação, procurando deixá-la totalmente à vontade.
Plenamente satisfeitas com o serviço prestado, indicamos a empresa e particularmente os profissionais, para quem precisar desse serviço.
Destaco também e igualmente a atenção oferecida por Felipe, com quem fiz contato e contratei os serviços.
We used the services of Doctor Emergency, on October 14th. It was the removal of a 93-year-old woman.
The service exceeded our expectations, so this week we ask again, giving preference to the same professionals: Nando and Aristeu.
Aristeu: ambulance driver, cautious, attentive, also helping the patient in the accommodation for removal.

Quero deixar o agradecimento pelo atendimento telefônico com o Nando que foi muito atencioso. E em especial quero agradecer a dupla que prestou atendimento a minha mãe João Carlos e Edilson, não consigo encontrar uma palavra para definir o atendimento que presenciei, o que vi foi amor na profissão, empatia com o paciente, responsabilidade com o serviço prestado.
