★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui completamente lesado pela empresa, paguei antecipado e integralmente por um serviço no qual a empresa inclusive foi informada sobre todas as condições do mesmo, houve também contato prévio com os profissionais no qual foi reiterado sobre todas as condições de que o servico seria realizado, para minha surpresa essa empresa foi até o local e se recusou em fazer o serviço, e o pior de tudo acreditem se quiser se recusaram a realizar o estorno do valor pago, serei obrigado a ir atrás dos meus direitos, completamente decepcionado. Além disto o atendimento em geral é péssimo, demorado, e enrolado, não recomendo essa empresa pra ninguém.
Como o google não fornece opção de resposta estou anexando abaixo minha resposta:
Hoje eu pude constatar que a empresa realmente falta com a verdade, profissionalismo e educacao. Em primeiro lugar a ambulância foi deslocada para o hospital somente uma unica vez na qual a mesma além de não cumprir com o horário acordado (atrasou mais de 1 hora do prometido) adiou por 2x o deslocamento dando resposta vagas e desencontradas quanto ao envio do carro, a ambulância nao ficou no local nem 20 minutos, portanto mais uma vez vocês faltam com a verdade. Quanto ao deslocamento da segunda ambulância mas que absurdo é esse que estão inventando??? Após o levantamento de informacoes de quanto tempo iria levar o deslocamento eu pessoalmente cancelei o serviço ligando e registrando a informação via whats no qual prontamente foi confirmado por vcs o cancelamento do serviço, portanto vcs estão inventando essa informação para querer justificar a retenção do valor, ISSO É UM ABSURDO, me surpeende uma empresa ligada a saúde ter uma posição como está. Quanto a educação que vc me cobra, a mesma deveria ter vindo primeiramente de sua funcionária do financeiro, no qual faltou com a educação, não soube responder meus questionamentos, me enrolou durante dias, e fugiu de debater comigo o motivo do mantimento da cobrança. Enfim uma empresa sem profissionalismo algum, sem ética, sem bom senso, que lhe passa informações inverídicas e desencontradas.
I was completely injured by the company, I paid in advance and in full for a service in which the company was even informed about all the conditions of the same, there was also prior contact with the professionals in which it was reiterated about all the conditions that the service would be performed, for my surprise this company went to the site and refused to do the job, and worst of all believe me if you want to refuse to refund the amount paid, i will be forced to go after my rights, completely disappointed. In addition, the service in general is terrible, slow, and tangled, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Today I could see that the company really lacks the truth, professionalism and education. Firstly, the ambulance was moved to the hospital only once, in addition to not complying with the agreed schedule (delayed more than 1 hour as promised) postponed the shift by 2x, giving vague and inconsistent responses regarding the sending of the car , the ambulance didn’t stay in place for 20 minutes, so once again you’re missing the truth. As for the displacement of the second ambulance but what nonsense is this that they are inventing ??? After collecting information on how long the journey would take, I personally canceled the service by calling and recording the information via whats in which the service cancellation was promptly confirmed by you, so you are inventing this information to justify the retention of the amount, THIS IS ABSURD, I am surprised that a company linked to health has a position as it is. As for the education that you charge me, it should have come first from your financial officer, who lacked education, did not know how to answer my questions, screwed me up for days, and ran away from debating with me the reason for keeping the charge. Finally, a company without any professionalism, without ethics, without common sense, that gives you untrue and mismatched information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisamos de uma remoção de emergência e antes de contratar essa empresa eu questionei expressamente se a equipe tinha a capacidade de realizar o atendimento de emergência, porque a paciente era idosa (89 anos), havia sofrido uma queda da própria altura e estava no chão. Precisaria de uma avaliação, imobilização, etc. para depois ser removida. A empresa confirmou que seu pessoal era capacitado para tanto. Embora o pessoal tivesse muito boa vontade, mostraram claramente que não possuíam NENHUM treinamento para realizar esse tipo de atendimento. Não sabiam sequer "pranchar" a paciente. Queriam levantá-la do chão com as mãos para colocar sob a prancha, o que forçaria coluna e as partes lesionadas e causara ainda mais dor do que ela já sentia na região da clavícula e quadril. A equipe sequer soube colocar o colar cervical e a transportaram sem, arriscando agravar eventual lesão na coluna. Não sabiam colocar o red block e sequer sabiam como usar o cinto aranha. Iniciaram colocando ao contrário, com a parte dos pés prendendo a cabeça. No final, eu mesmo, que tenho algum conhecimento em primeiros socorros, precisei intervir em todas as etapas, do pranchamento até a fixação do cinto aranha. Esse processo levou aproximadamente 1h30min da paciente, uma idosa com 89 anos, com muita dor, sendo mexida para lá e para cá com muita dor. Mais tarde foi confirmada fratura no úmero e em 2 lugares do fêmur. DEVERIAM SER MAIS CONSCIENTES E RECUSAR SERVIÇOS PARA OS QUAIS NÃO SÃO CAPAZES DE REALIZAR. Abrimos mão do SAMU, altamente qualificado, para ter um atendimento mais rápido e foi uma tragédia. Para não perder o contrato, submeteram a paciente a dor, a demora do atendimento médico e ainda poderiam ter agravo as lesões. Para piorar, no dia seguinte, fizemos uma reclamação e apenas ouvi que iriam avaliar o ocorrido e nunca mais deram retorno. Para uma remoção simples, talvez sirva. Para o que precisamos foi péssimo. Nunca mais!
We need an emergency removal and before hiring this company I expressly questioned whether the team had the capacity to provide emergency care, because the patient was elderly (89 years old), had suffered a fall from her own height and was on the floor. It would need an assessment, immobilization, etc. to be removed later. The company confirmed that its personnel were capable of doing so. Although the staff was very willing, they clearly showed that they had NO training to carry out this type of service. They didn't even know how to "board" the patient. They wanted to lift her off the floor with their hands to place under the board, which would strain her spine and the injured parts and cause even more pain than she already felt in her collarbone and hip region. The team didn't even know how to put on the cervical collar and they transported her without it, risking aggravating an eventual spinal injury. They didn't know how to put on the red block and they didn't even know how to use the spider belt. They started putting it upside down, with the feet holding the head. In the end, I myself, who have some knowledge of first aid, had to intervene at all stages, from the plank to the fixing of the spider belt. This process took approximately 1h30min for the patient, an 89-year-old elderly woman, with a lot of pain, being moved back and forth with a lot of pain. Later a fracture was confirmed in the humerus and in 2 places of the femur. THEY SHOULD BE MORE CONSCIOUS AND REFUSE SERVICES FOR WHICH THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PERFORM. We gave up the highly qualified SAMU to have a faster service and it was a tragedy. In order not to lose the contract, they subjected the patient to pain, delayed medical care and could have aggravated the injuries. To make matters worse, the next day, we filed a complaint and only heard that they would assess what had happened and never returned. For simple removal, it might do. For what we needed it was abysmal. Never!
