★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não quis aceitar certidão de nascimento preenchida pela equipe administrativa da maternidade. Exigiram a assinatura de um médico, coisa que a maternidade nunca fez e sempre foi aceita em outros cartórios. Obs. Maternidade ProMatre Paulista.
I did not want to accept a birth certificate filled in by the maternity administrative team. They required the signature of a doctor, which the maternity unit never did and was always accepted in other registries. Note ProMatre Paulista Maternity.

The best Registry Office in town, without a doubt. I applied for my parents' marriage certificate. De vários cartórios da cidade esse é o melhor, só venho aqui. Já que todos os serviços de notoriedade pública são pagos, então prefiro ir num decente como esse o Cartório do Vl Arens. Recomendo!!

Na lista de requisitos pra casamento nem mencionaram que tinha restrição de endereço. Chegando aqui custa mais cem reais pra publicar um edital, que poderiam ser evitados. A outra opção era trocar o endereço do pacto antenupcial, que fica 500. A casamento atrasado, viagem cancelada. Péssimo.
Short arm and lazy to communicate.
In the list of requirements for marriage, they didn't even mention that they had an address restriction. Getting here costs another hundred reais to publish a public notice, which could be avoided. The other option was to change the address of the prenuptial agreement, which is 500. Wedding delayed, trip canceled. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente! E o local é extremamente lindo, organizado e limpo. Dentro do cartório ainda há uma lanchonete, que em dias de mais movimento, nos ajuda a aliviar a espera... Mas no geral, este cartório realiza um atendimento rápido e os funcionários são simpáticos e gentis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimoo. Fui com meu sogro fomos atendidos por uma moça que me deu vergonha alheia. A moça super seca. Com uma má vontade de nós ajudar. E um momento da conversa chegou a ser grossa. e todo momento de cara fechada pra gente. Me senti super mau no local. O cartório perdeu meu respeito pois achei q eram mas seletivos em escolher seus colaboradores. Espero que resolvam o problema. Pois da próxima irei tomar as providências cabíveis.
Terrible service. I went with my father-in-law we were attended by a girl who made me ashamed of others. The super dry girl. With an unwillingness to help us. And at one point the conversation got rough. and every moment with a closed face to us. Felt super bad at the place. The notary lost my respect because I thought they were more selective in choosing their collaborators. I hope they solve the problem. Well, next time I'll take the necessary measures.
