★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este cartório está parado no tempo, aliás, como muitos outros prestadores de serviço do município de Duque de Caxias.
Dificilmente, um registro de imóveis é efetuado dentro do prazo. Tudo demora demasiadamente. Prazos? O que são? Imagino como seria a prestação de serviços se o RGI fosse gratuito ao invés de custar R$ 2500,00!
E a gentileza dos funcionários? Nunca vi coisa igual! Todos atendem a população com extrema falta de simpatia. Agem como se todos fossem funcionários públicos federais (dos que se aproveitam disso para não trabalhar) com cargos garantidos pela vida eterna!
Francamente, o povo dessa cidade precisa acordar!
This office is still in time, like many other service providers in the municipality of Duque de Caxias.
Hardly a real estate registration is made on time. Everything takes too long. Deadlines? What are? I wonder what it would be like to provide services if RGI were free instead of costing $ 2500.00!
And the kindness of the staff? I have never seen anything like it! All serve the population with extreme lack of sympathy. They act as if they are all federal civil servants (who take advantage of this not to work) with positions guaranteed by eternal life!
Frankly, the people of this city need to wake up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefones só dão ocupado e quando chama não atendem. Absurdo! Enquanto cartórios de todo Brasil , podemos solicitar certidões on line. Esse está muito atrasado, para sabermos o preço de uma certidão, precisamos ir até lá, pois não tem email de contato e não atendem o telefone. Não é possível, isso! Vivendo em mil novecentos e bolinha!
Phones are only busy and when you call they don't answer. Absurd! As registries throughout Brazil, we can request certificates online. This is too late, to know the price of a certificate, we need to go there, because there is no contact email and they don't answer the phone. That's not possible! Living in nineteen and a ball!
