★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente a vontade que dá é de denunciar esse cartório para a Corregedoria e entrar com processo jurídico, pois simplesmente não atendem o telefone, o e-mail que dispõem não existe e não existe maneira alguma de fazer qualquer solicitação de serviços online. Preciso de uma segunda via de uma certidão, e caso eu não consiga entrarei com o processo pela falta de respeito e péssima eficácia do serviço prestado. Enquanto não houverem denúncias essa palhaçada continuará acontecendo, e me pergunto se não é uma jogada criminosa para incentivar a contratação de despachantes. Moro em outro Estado e simplesmente não existe forma de solicitar um serviço simples.
 Sincerely, the desire is to report this notary to the Internal Affairs and file a legal process, as they simply do not answer the phone, the email they have does not exist and there is no way to make any request for online services. I need a duplicate of a certificate, and if I can't, I will file the case for the lack of respect and the poor efficiency of the service provided. As long as there are no complaints this clowning will continue to happen, and I wonder if it is not a criminal move to encourage the hiring of dispatchers. I live in another state and there is simply no way to request a simple service.

Excellent registry office, wonderful attendants, not to mention the registration department, which gives a show of professionalism, competent, friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse opção de zero estrela eu daria. Um lugar sujo, bagunçado, desorganizado, mal estruturado, bom pessoas estressadas, mal educadas. Fiquei 2 horas para fazer uma procuração que já estava salva no Pc do cartório. Estou há 2 meses esperando um valor de um imóvel que vendi, pq eles estão fazendo o registro do imóvel. Perdendo grandes oportunidades de outros investimentos. Se puder fuja deste cartório.
If I had zero star option I would. A dirty place, messy, disorganized, poorly structured, good people stressed, poorly educated. I stayed 2 hours to make a power of attorney that was already saved on the office's PC. I have been waiting for 2 months for a value of a property that I sold, because they are registering the property. Missing out on other investment opportunities. If you can, escape from this office.

Fui autenticar uns documentos com o meu sócio nesse cartório, porém tinham duas mulheres mal educadas que só fofocavam e nem olharam para nós e disseram que estava sem sistema, e não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. Esse cartório vive sem sistema quando vamos autenticar ou reconhecer firma, sendo q o cartório fecha às 17, mas é só chegar às 16 que não tem mais sistema. Péssimo atendimento, pessoas sem qualificação alguma para atender o público.
Uma só sabia gritar, sem educação alguma, peço por gentileza que avaliem os funcionários.

I went to authenticate some documents with my partner in that registry, but there were two rude women who just gossiped and didn't even look at us and said they had no system, and it's not the first time this has happened. This registry lives without a system when we are going to authenticate or recognize a signature, and the registry closes at 5 pm, but you only have to arrive at 4 pm that it no longer has a system. Poor service, people without any qualifications to serve the public.
One only knew how to scream, without any education, I kindly ask you to evaluate the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Carlinhos é incrível, nota 1000 pra ele, agora a menina (Sara) que trabalha com ele, e as que autenticam e reconhecem firma não tem condições de lidar com pessoas. No registro as meninas são prestativas, porém, muita burocracia, coisa que deveria mudar, mas, sabemos que é impossível.
Carlinhos is amazing, he scores 1000 for him, now the girl (Sara) who works with him, and the ones who authenticate and recognize the firm, are unable to deal with people. In the register, the girls are helpful, however, there is a lot of bureaucracy, something that should change, but we know that it is impossible.
