★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fachada é muito feia e pra conseguir ser atendida lá demora muito tempo. Os próprios moradores da região comentaram que nem se lembram que tem DP em Cumbica, pela falta de movimentação. Parece abandonado.
The facade is very ugly and to be attended there takes a long time. The locals themselves commented that they do not even remember that they have PD in Cumbica, due to the lack of movement. It looks abandoned.

Moramos em um país assim e se não for feito algo com as próprias mãos ninguém está nem aí muito menos quem deveria por lei nos ajudar, por isso passamos por tudo que passamos de ruim neste país de interesses
Too bad since I went to make a complaint regarding a scam I was taking and even wheeled past information no one was even interested and still put me on hold until the call dropped !.
We live in a country like this and if something is not done with our own hands nobody really cares much less who should by law help us, so we go through everything that we have gone from bad in this country of interests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não há funcionários para atender e um quadro enorme na parede com uma escala de pelo menos uns 20 funcionários. Fui até o 3 dp pq a delegacia mais próxima de minha casa (7dp) teve o seu plantão transferido para lá, ou seja duas delegacias em uma e não se pode resgistrar um boletim de ocorrência pq "não tem sistema" me informou o atendente que surgiu de uma sala de porta aberta com dois policiais conversando que apenas ficaram olhando a minha longa espera no balcão vazio. Quando fui atendido o rapaz me disse que não poderia fazer nada porque estavam sem sistema e que haviam dois flagrantes que não puderam ser registrado pelo mesmo motivo.
É um absurdo você precisar do serviço público de segurança que o governo diz estar investindo, comprando armas e equipamentos sofisticados, colocando mais viaturas nas ruas e quando é feito todo o trabalho de prender e levar para a delegacia tudo isso ter sido em vão porque o sistema não está funcionando. Ridículo! Estou a 3 dias tentando registrar um boletim de ocorrência contra ameaça em Guarulhos e não consigo! Aposto que se acontecer uma desgraça vai encher de polícia aqui em casa e dizer que ninguém avisou e nem tomou alguma providência.

Ridiculous! I'm 3 days trying to register a threat report in Guarulhos and I can't! I bet that if a misfortune happens you will fill up the police here at home and say that no one has warned or taken any action.
