Minha vó de mais 70 anos está nesse momento na delegacia (23:50) e ela chegou as 9:00 (isso mesmo!!) E até agora não conseguiu fazer o BO.
Um descaso total!!!!
Poor service ...
My 70 plus grandmother is currently at the police station (23:50) and she arrived at 9:00 (that's right !!) And so far she has not been able to do the BO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muito demorado não tem funcionários suficiente para atendimento além de esperar 12 horas não tem toalete, que possa usar o que tem é muito sujo sem descarga, onde vai parar o dinheiro público que não é usado para a sociedade?
Lousy service, very time consuming do not have enough employees to attend to, besides waiting 12 hours there is no toilet, who can use what is very dirty without flushing, where will the public money that is not used for society stop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a chefia de cartório do 7 DP, encaminha para o plantão que atende no 3 DP de Cumbica, o plantão não atende pq tem que ser na chefia de cartório, um joga pro outro e ninguém RESOLVE NADA, pedem pra comparecer com o Delegado no dia tal! Vc comparece o delegado não está no plantão do 3 DP, encaminham para a chefia de cartório no 7 DP, e nada resolvem. Veículo Apreendido em 28/12/19, laudo Pericial pronto desde 10/01/2020, e nada das delegacias resolverem. Descaso com o contribuinte.

You attend the delegate is not on duty at 3 DP, they refer you to the head of the registry at 7 DP, and nothing is resolved. Vehicle Seized on 12/28/19, Expert report ready since 10/01/2020, and nothing from the police stations resolved. Negligence with the taxpayer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui prestar queixa de apropriação indébita, coisa que não dá pra fazer pela internet, até por que era caso a ser investigando, sendo que tenho o endereço da pessoa que me roubou. Cheguei lá não era nem 18:00h, já era 21:00h e nenhuma das 6 pessoas que estavam na minha frente haviam sido atendidas ainda. 3 horas e nenhum atendimento, imagina quanto tempo eu teria que esperar até chegar minha vez?
Pelo tanto de reclamações a impressão que dá é que fazem isso de propósito. Quanto menos queixa, menos trabalho.
Cadê a corregedoria para fiscalizar esse descaso?
I went to complain about misappropriation, something that can not be done on the internet, even because it was case to be investigating, and I have the address of the person who stole me. I arrived there it was not even 6pm, it was already 9pm and none of the 6 people in front of me had been served yet. 3 hours and no care, imagine how long I would have to wait until my turn?
So much of complaints the impression you give is that they do it on purpose. The less complaint, the less work.
Where is the corregedoria to supervise this neglect?
